General information

Description of the project

Reconstruction of the premises of the educational building at; Lyubarskoho St., building 2 is planned to accommodate the Dnipro Gymnasium No. 43 of the Dnipro City Council (hereinafter - Gymnasium No. 43). The premises at Lyubarskoho St., building 2 is the building of the Municipal Educational Institution "Higher Professional School No. 55", which is in the process of being closed. The building has a shelter that does not comply with sanitary regulations and is not equipped with the necessary educational devices, which makes it impossible to conduct a full-fledged educational process during the alarm and disrupts the continuity of the educational process. The project responds to this request by creating conditions for returning to full-time education, which is important for the psychosocial development of children and maintaining the usual rhythm of life in war conditions. The project is designed to preserve the contingent of students (their number) of the gymnasium, providing the opportunity to study in safe conditions. The project fully meets the key priorities of modern education and development of Dnipro, including ensuring high-quality and safe learning, integrating digital technologies, and creating an inclusive environment for all students.

The purpose of the project

Main goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Secondary goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards, Ensuring inclusiveness and equal opportunities, Introducing innovations and energy-efficient solutions

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Description of the project goal and methods of achieving it Reconstruction of the premises • Redevelopment and major renovation of the building to create modern educational spaces. • Arrangement of 11 classrooms: 9 for primary school and 3 for secondary school. • Creation of specialized premises: medical office, library, dining room, resource room. • Renovation of all administrative and sanitary-hygienic premises. Equipping with modern equipment • Purchase of interactive whiteboards for classrooms. • Equipping classrooms with modern materials and multimedia equipment. Ensuring inclusive access • Installation of ramps for free movement of low-mobility groups. • Arrangement of specialized workplaces for students with special educational needs. • Creation of special toilet rooms adapted for people with disabilities.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

• Lack of shelter in the main building of Gymnasium No. 43: The gymnasium lacks even the simplest shelter, and its arrangement is impossible due to technical reasons (lack of a basement). • Reduction in the contingent: Due to the inability to provide safe learning conditions, the number of gymnasium students decreased by 31%. • Inadequacy of alternative premises: The building at 2 Lyubarskoho St., although it has shelter, does not comply with the Sanitary Regulations and is not equipped with the necessary educational devices, which makes it impossible to conduct a full-fledged educational process. • Lack of conditions for continuing education during an alarm: The existing basement is not equipped to continue classes, which disrupts the continuity of the educational process.

    Pre-market engagement

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

    Potential market participants
До основних потенційних учасників ринку для проєкту належать будівельні та проєктні організації, які мають досвід роботи з об'єктами соціальної інфраструктури (школи, садочки) та системами цивільного захисту в Дніпрі.
