The purpose of the project

Main goal:

Improving the condition of infrastructure

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Installation of a fire alarm system, an evacuation control system (in terms of the fire alarm system and evacuation direction indicators) and a centralized fire monitoring system for the premises of Gymnasium No. 10 of the Zvyahel City Council at the address: Zhytomyr region, Zvyahel district, Zvyahel city, Hetman Sahaidachnogo st., building 215

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Lack of fire alarm. Installation of a modern automatic fire alarm and notification system will allow detecting a fire at an early stage, minimizing the time to start evacuation. Clear, unlocked, illuminated evacuation routes and serviceable exits guarantee that all persons will be able to leave the building before a critical situation occurs. Bringing the facility into compliance with current requirements eliminates the risk of stopping the gymnasium's activities due to fire safety violations.

    Results of the feasibility analysis
    Economic Analysis
    Social benefits and costs
Preserving human life and health, preventing injuries, minimizing panic through clear signals and evacuation plans, protecting property, reducing economic losses, and ensuring compliance with the law
    Environmental benefits and costs
The environmental benefits of fire alarm and evacuation management systems are to minimize environmental damage from large-scale fires, as they contribute to the rapid detection of fire, prevent the spread of fire, reduce smoke and toxic gas emissions, and save human lives, which are an integral part of the ecosystem, protecting people from the devastating effects of fire.
    Indirect benefits and costs
Installing fire alarm and evacuation control systems provides indirect benefits: reducing the risk of financial losses (fines, losses from production stoppages, property damage), increasing employee and customer loyalty, improving the company's reputation, compliance with legal regulations (avoiding sanctions and lawsuits), as well as the opportunity to receive insurance bonuses, which together creates a sustainable and attractive business image focused on prevention and safety, and not just on responding to emergencies.
