1. Restoration and strengthening of foundations, walls, ceilings and roof structures. Restoration of historical facade elements (platbands, cornices, decorative masonry). Restoration or replacement of doors, openings, windows in a style that matches the authentic appearance of the monument. Cleaning and treatment of external and internal walls with special restoration mixtures. 2. Partial reconstruction: Restoration or reconstruction of emergency internal partitions and ceilings. Installation of new engineering systems (electricity, ventilation, water supply, sewage). Installation of sanitary and hygienic units, common rooms. 3. Adaptation to modern needs: Arrangement of an inclusive entrance and ways of movement inside the building. Installation of ramps, handrails, tactile indicators. Adaptation of individual premises for public space, co-working or exhibition area. Improvement of the area around the object. Arrangement of an observation deck with a descent to the river. Upgrading the security system (alarm, video surveillance, evacuation exits). 4. Finishing works: Restoration of historical interiors (if possible). Painting, decorative decoration of walls and ceilings in accordance with the restoration passport. Arrangement of a new floor (parquet, tiles or other suitable materials). 5. External and internal lighting: Installation of energy-efficient lighting, including architectural lighting of the facade.
