The alternative technical solution involves the implementation of a set of basic measures for the thermal modernization of the medical building No. 2 of the Zvyahelskaya Multi-Profile Hospital of the ZMR, aimed at reducing the building's heat loss. The project provides for the following main types of work: Replacement of the roof with attic insulation (1375 sq m) Insulation of the facade and basement (3134 sq m) Modernization of the building's ventilation system The proposed technical solution is comprehensive, aimed at eliminating the main sources of heat loss and optimizing the operation of engineering systems, which will ensure a reduction in energy consumption and operating costs of the building and will positively affect the stay of patients.

Dismantling of the existing bathhouse building and new construction for a residential care home for permanent or temporary residence of the elderly and people with disabilities
The Russian war against Ukraine in 2022 significantly changed the demographic situation in the country. Therefore, the issue of neglect of the older generation, which has lost motor activity, self-confidence and a sense of social and psychological independence, has become acute. Currently, the Zvyahelsk territorial community has 62 thousand citizens living on its territory, of which 15 thousand are elderly. Part of them is served by the territorial social service center (provision of social services), in particular, 1489 single disabled citizens - 962 elderly people and 527 people with disabilities, including 74 bedridden. An analysis of the above situation showed that the community needs to create a stationary care unit for permanent or temporary residence for 25 elderly people and people with disabilities. What will make it possible to create decent conditions for the residence of such people, namely: round-the-clock observation, provision of necessary medical care and social support, creation of a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, communication and useful leisure. So, today the community has a bathhouse, which needs to be re-equipped according to the above needs, design and estimate documentation has been prepared for a two-story building with a total area of 362.7 sq. m. On the first floor, the following are planned: an examination room, a room, a warehouse for consumables and medicines, an isolator, rooms for citizens with inclusion, a recreation room, a locker room, a toilet and shower room, a laundry room, a dining room, utility rooms. On the second floor, rooms for permanent residence of citizens, a bathroom, a bathroom, a shower cabin, a nurse's station are planned. The community has a bathhouse, which needs to be reconstructed, design and estimate documentation has been prepared for a two-story building with a total area of 362.7 sq. m. On the first floor are planned: an examination room, a room, a warehouse for consumables and medicines, an isolator, rooms for citizens with inclusion, a recreation room, a locker room, a toilet and shower room, a laundry room, a dining room, utility rooms. This alternative solution involves the creation of an educational environment in seven secondary education institutions of the Zvyahelsk urban territorial community in three directions. The first direction is the creation of a modern educational space for secondary education institutions that will not provide specialized secondary education in the 2027-2028 academic year (Lyceum No. 4 of the Zvyahelsk City Council, Gymnasium No. 5 of the Zvyahelsk City Council, Gymnasium No. 6 of the Zvyahelsk City Council, Gymnasium No. 9 of the Zvyahelsk City Council, Lyceum No. 11 of the Zvyahelsk City Council, Pylypovytsky Lyceum of the Zvyahelsk City Council), which involves the arrangement of 6 science classrooms (3 - chemistry, 3 - biology) and the implementation of current repairs in 5 classrooms (repairs were already carried out in 1 classroom in 2025). The second direction is the creation of a modern educational space in a pilot educational institution (Lyceum No. 1 named after Lesya Ukrainka of the Zvyahelsk City Council), which involves staffing/re-staffing 9 classrooms in the natural sciences, mathematics, and computer science educational branches and a STEM laboratory, as well as carrying out current repairs in 3 classrooms and repairing electrical networks in the laboratory of the 1st of the classrooms (repairs have already been carried out in 6 classrooms). The third direction is the arrangement of a center for teaching the subject "Defense of Ukraine" on the basis of Lyceum No. 1 named after Lesya Ukrainka of the Zvyahelsk City Council, which involves the need for its re-equipment.
