General information

Description of the project

The project aims to improve the conditions for ensuring quality and transparency in the higher education system of Ukraine. 

The project's problems are due to the low level of accessibility and quality of higher education in Ukraine, which is caused by the outdated state of the infrastructure, the inconsistency of the educational space with modern standards, and the limited provision of conditions for vulnerable categories of applicants. 

The implementation of the UIHERP project will allow modernizing the infrastructure of higher education institutions, creating an improved educational space and conditions for all students, which will contribute to improving the quality and transparency of the system.

The project provides for financing of conditions based on results and financing to ensure the continuation of the higher education reform, in particular: supporting the digital and infrastructure capacity of higher education institutions; introducing digital solutions to ensure a sustainable process of organizing blended learning and assessing academic achievements; providing support to the Ministry of Education and Science; development and implementation of communication campaigns and educational activities related to the challenges of higher education

The implementation of the UIHERP project will allow modernizing the infrastructure of higher education institutions, creating an improved educational space and conditions for all students, which will contribute to increasing the quality and transparency of the system
