General information

Description of the project

The project involves the reconstruction of the building of the Rakhiv preschool education institution (nursery) No. 64 of the Rakhiv settlement council of the Bereziv district of the Odessa region in order to improve the technical condition, safety and energy efficiency of the facility. The project plans to update building structures, engineering networks, internal premises and create safe and comfortable conditions for children and employees of the institution. The implementation of the project will contribute to improving the quality of preschool education, ensuring proper sanitary and hygienic conditions and sustainable development of the community.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Improving the equality of wealth distribution

Secondary Goal:

Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The purpose of the public investment project is to expand the community's access to quality preschool education services through the reconstruction of the Rakhiv preschool education institution (nursery). The project is aimed at eliminating restrictions on access to educational services caused by the unsatisfactory technical condition of the building, the deterioration of engineering networks, and the non-compliance of the premises with modern safety and comfort requirements. The project goal is expected to be achieved through a comprehensive reconstruction of the institution's building, renovation of internal premises, modernization of power supply, water supply, sewage and heating systems, as well as the implementation of measures to increase energy efficiency. The implementation of these measures will improve the quality of educational services, create safe and comfortable conditions for children and employees of the institution. As a result of the project, the community's access to preschool education services will be expanded and the gap between the current state of the facility and the required level of provision of quality educational services in accordance with current regulatory requirements will be eliminated. The project includes an inclusive group for 15 children.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The main problems are the unsatisfactory technical condition of the building, the deterioration of engineering networks, limited opportunities for creating a safe and comfortable educational environment, as well as the insufficient level of accessibility of the institution for all categories of the population. If these problems are not resolved, there is a risk of further deterioration of the condition of the facility and restriction of access of community residents to quality preschool education services. As a result of the project, the facility will be reconstructed, engineering networks will be modernized, and internal premises will be renovated. This will ensure the expansion of community residents' access to preschool education services, improve the quality of educational services, create safe and comfortable conditions for children and employees, and allow the opening of an inclusive group for 15 children. The implementation of the project will contribute to the sustainable development of the community and improve the level of social infrastructure.

Demand for the service and its dynamics

What methodology was used to estimate demand?
