An alternative solution was considered to adapt or reconstruct the existing premises of the preschool educational institution for the protection of a civil defense structure, however, taking into account the planning limitations of the technical condition of the building and the impossibility of ensuring the implementation of DBN V 2.2-5:2023 "Civil Defense Structures", a decision was made: a new building of a storage facility on the territory of the institution.

The reconstruction of the preschool educational institution (nursery) of the Raukiv Village Council is necessary due to the physical deterioration of the building and the non-compliance of its premises with modern sanitary and hygienic, fire and safety requirements. The existing conditions limit the possibility of a full and safe stay of children in the institution. The implementation of the project will create a safe, comfortable and energy-efficient educational environment, provide appropriate conditions for obtaining preschool education, as well as meet the needs of community residents in accessible preschool education services. The reconstruction will contribute to the socio-economic development of the community and improve the quality of life of its residents.
