General information

Description of the project

The project is being implemented with the involvement of EIB loan funds and provides for the improvement of the road infrastructure through the construction and reconstruction of traffic interchanges, overpasses, as well as ensuring technical supervision at facilities that are key nodes on national highways

The purpose of the project

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The project involves the implementation of a series of small transport schemes aimed at solving the problems of the transport system in Ukraine. The investments are designed to improve road connectivity, provide significant support for small-scale transport projects with a direct significant positive impact at the local level, and help implement projects that can provide tangible results for citizens. In addition, the investments are expected to increase road safety and have a positive impact on the overall economic development of Ukraine.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The project aims to quickly restore and improve transport networks necessary for the provision of humanitarian assistance, support exports, in particular of Ukrainian agricultural goods, and strengthen the Ukrainian economy, reduce the impact of damaged, destroyed, or complicated transport networks on the lives of the population, and ensure high-quality passenger transportation and unhindered mobility.
