Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The project provides for emergency repair work (overhaul) of the multi-apartment residential building of the residential complex "FLORA-13" at 72 Uzhvii Natalii St. (entrances No. 1 - 3) in Kharkiv. To restore the building to its operational suitability, it is planned to carry out a complex of works to strengthen the load-bearing structures, install walls and partitions, insulate the building, replace the roof, windows and doors, repair the decoration of common areas, restore internal engineering networks and replace elevator equipment.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

As a result of hostilities in February and March 2022, the building was damaged. In the first, second and third sections (first-third entrances), the roof was partially destroyed. In the second, third sections (second, third entrances), most of the apartments were partially destroyed as a result of a mass fire. The structures of individual apartments in the second, third entrances were exposed to high temperatures for a long time. The facility is partially out of operation. The specified set of measures is aimed at restoring individual building structures of the facility, its internal engineering systems and equipment, which were destroyed as a result of an emergency situation (hostilities), to enable the restoration of the functioning of the residential building in order to ensure the vital activity of the population.
