Description of the project

The project of major renovation of the entrance groups of building No. 4 in the Polissky Quarter is a logical continuation of the program of creating an inclusive living space in Slavutych. It is aimed at eliminating physical barriers that limit the mobility of veterans, the elderly, and parents with strollers.

The purpose of the project

The main goal is to transform the entrance groups of the house from a Soviet-style barrier environment to an inclusive space based on the principles of Universal Design. Providing the opportunity for war veterans, people with disabilities and the elderly to enter and exit the house independently without outside assistance. Bringing the entrance groups into full compliance with the state building standards DBN V.2.2-40:2018. Creating safe conditions for movement in the winter and evening hours.
