Mobile complete transformer substation
Fleet of mobile industrial diesel power plants (generators) of high capacity
The technical solution of the project is to create a comprehensive autonomous energy module based on a mobile two-transformer complete substation (MKTP) with a voltage of 10/0.4 kV. This solution is designed for operational capacity backup and quick connection to existing city networks in emergency situations. Structurally and functionally, the solution is divided into several key technological blocks that ensure its reliability, mobility and high efficiency. The basis of the complex is a block-modular metal structure (substation shell of the KTPMM type), divided into specialized compartments. It contains high (RU-10 kV) and low (RU-0.4 kV) voltage switchgear, modern switching devices, commercial electricity metering units (meters) and microprocessor relay protection and automation systems (RZA). The use of modern microprocessor protection and telemetry allows you to safely manage the load, monitor network parameters and quickly localize emergency areas. The main working element of the substation, which provides voltage reduction to the consumer level (380/220V), are two power oil transformers, which are mounted in the corresponding transformer compartments of the module. The two-transformer configuration was chosen purposefully: it not only provides the necessary total throughput capacity to power critical facilities (such as pumping stations or boiler rooms), but also creates internal redundancy. In the event of overload or preventive maintenance of one of the transformers, the other is able to support powering the most priority lines. To ensure the key requirement of the project — mobility — The entire complex is mounted on a single transport platform (or reinforced sled frame), which allows it to be quickly moved using a truck tractor or special equipment. The substation is equipped with unified nodes for quick connection of input and output cable or overhead lines. Such an engineering solution turns a classic stationary facility into a maneuvering crisis response tool capable of restoring power to an entire neighborhood or utility company in less than 24 hours.

Acquisition of a comprehensive mobile cable electrical laboratory (KAELP-35 class or equivalent) based on a modern European chassis.
Purchase of a set of autonomous portable devices for diagnosing and testing cable lines.
The technical solution involves the acquisition of a modern electrical mobile laboratory (KAELP-35 class complex or equivalent) for the needs of the city's operational energy enterprise. This specialized diagnostic complex based on a European automobile chassis will allow operational field teams to independently and with high accuracy determine the location of damage to underground high-voltage cable lines (using acoustic and induction methods), conduct mandatory preventive equipment tests (up to 60 kV) and diagnose the condition of insulation (including modern cross-linked polyethylene cables). The introduction of its own mobile laboratory will eliminate the community's critical dependence on the services of third-party contractors during accidents, reduce the time for searching for breakdowns from several days to a few hours, and ensure reliable and safe operation of the energy infrastructure, guaranteeing stable power supply to residents and critical infrastructure facilities of Slavutych.

Installation of a remote monitoring and control system for 10 kV electrical networks
Implementation of a simplified (budgetary) telemechanics and dispatching system based on domestically produced equipment with limited control functionality.
The project involves the implementation of a comprehensive automated supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA) for 10 kV electrical networks (based on city distribution points RP-1, RP-2, RP-4, RP-5). The technical solution consists in installing modern microprocessor controllers, master data acquisition terminals (RTU), multifunctional meters and industrial routers directly in high-voltage cells. Using protected communication channels, telemetric information (current level, voltage, switch positions, relay protection alarm signals) is transmitted in real time to the central server of the control point. Specialized licensed software forms a visual dynamic mnemonic diagram of the network, which allows the dispatcher to carry out round-the-clock monitoring and remotely (from a computer) control high-voltage equipment.

Reconstruction of the central city boiler house of the municipal enterprise "UZhKG" with the installation of a heat pump with a thermal capacity of 4 MW.
Reconstruction of the central city boiler house with the replacement of the KVGM-50-150 water heating gas boiler with two new water heating gas boilers with a total capacity of 32 MW located in the city of Slavutych
Reconstruction of the central city boiler house to replace two DEV-10/14 gas-fired water heating boilers with two new gas-fired water heating boilers with a total capacity of 10 MW, located in the city of Slavutych.
The project for the reconstruction of the central boiler house of the municipal enterprise "UZhKG" provides for the installation of a heat pump (air-water) with a thermal capacity of 4 MW on the territory of the boiler house. In the first quarter of 2026, it is planned to put into operation a solar station with a capacity of 1500 kW and an energy storage system with an energy reserve of 1290 kW•h on the territory of the central city boiler house. The hot water supply system was introduced in 1987 and is still in operation. For the operation of the city's hot water supply system in the summer, the central city boiler house and heat networks must ensure the supply of coolant with a temperature of 70°C to each city's central heating station. The actual average heat load of hot water supply, taking into account the fact that the equipment is operating in the summer, will be 4 MW. Since 2014, hot water supply service has not been provided in the inter-heating (summer) period, which leads to a decrease in the operational reliability of technological equipment and heating networks. The implementation of this project will primarily resolve the issue of providing hot water supply services in the city in the summer and increasing the operational reliability of the heat supply system and centralized hot water supply equipment in the city. Also, after implementation, the following problems will be solved:· Economic efficiency: In the summer, the heat pump provides thermal energy production with a much higher conversion coefficient (from 3 to 5 times), which is much cheaper than using gas boilers.· Refusal of the «summer» boiler mode: High-power gas boilers have low efficiency when operating at low load (only for DHW). The heat pump works efficiently, eliminating excess fuel consumption.· Environmental friendliness: Emissions of greenhouse gases and nitrogen oxides are significantly reduced, which is important for urban infrastructure.· Energy independence: Natural gas consumption is reduced, which increases the reliability of hot water supply in conditions of unstable supplies.· Automation: Modern heat pumps operate autonomously, do not require constant maintenance, and hybrid systems can automatically switch between energy sources. As a result of installing a heat pump with a thermal capacity of 4 MW, the following will be achieved: reduced consumption of natural gas for the production of thermal energy (due to the use of renewable energy sources), which is at least 14.0% of the annual consumption of the boiler house. 100% provision of centralized hot water supply services to all city consumers 8,560 subscribers (including the population - 8,543 subscribers, budget institutions - 5 subscribers and other consumers - 12 subscribers) in the summer period. Savings due to reduced costs for emergency repair work of all heat supply and hot water supply systems by increasing the operational reliability of technological equipment and heating networks.
