General information

Description of the project

Reconstruction of the machine room of the 1st and 2nd lifts (replacement of pumping equipment, control cabinets and transition from 6 kW to 0.4 kW);

Reconstruction of the filter block of 1948;

Reconstruction of the reagent facilities;

Reconstruction of settling tanks;

Reconstruction of the washing water supply;

Repair of the RFV.

Increasing the energy efficiency and energy saving of the station, improving drinking water indicators to the level of requirements of DSanPin 2.2.4-171-10, carrying out a comprehensive reconstruction and modernization of treatment facilities, increasing the environmental and technogenic safety of the facility to the level of modern requirements, reducing the cost of produced drinking water.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

There are problems with the quality of water intake from the Dnipro River (the water intake bucket and water intake structures located in it need to be cleaned), the pumping equipment of the 1st and 2nd lifts needs to be replaced and modernized to increase its energy efficiency and energy saving, the reagent facility needs to be completely reconstructed, with a possible replacement of the water disinfection technology, in accordance with modern requirements, reconstruction of the reagent water treatment system and its subsequent clarification, filtration. By reconstructing the existing treatment facilities, it is planned to improve the quality of water treatment, reduce electricity and reagent consumption, increase the volume of drinking water production, and increase the level of production automation.
