Performance of repair work to reconstruct the building and redevelop dormitory rooms into individual apartments

The purpose of the project

The project provides for centralized heating, hot water supply (electric heaters), an elevator, individual water and electricity meters. Renovation of the building and redevelopment of the dormitory rooms into 63 individual apartments with the possibility of accommodating internally displaced persons, including 7 apartments for people with limited mobility.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The dormitory building and internal premises require reconstruction. Repair work with the installation of communications, an elevator and landscaping, accommodation of internally displaced persons, including low-mobility groups of the population
