General information

Description of the project

The Russian war against Ukraine in 2022 significantly changed the demographic situation in the country. Therefore, the issue of neglect of the older generation, which has lost motor activity, self-confidence and a sense of social and psychological independence, has become acute. Currently, the Zvyahelsk territorial community has 62 thousand citizens living on its territory, of which 15 thousand are elderly. Part of them is served by the territorial social service center (provision of social services), in particular, these are 1489 single disabled citizens - 962 elderly people and 527 people with disabilities, including 74 bedridden. An analysis of the above situation showed that the community needs to create a stationary care unit for permanent or temporary residence for 25 elderly people and people with disabilities. What will make it possible to create decent living conditions for such people, namely: round-the-clock observation, provision of necessary medical care and social support, creation of a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, communication and useful leisure.

So, today the community has a bathhouse, which needs to be re-equipped according to the above needs, design and estimate documentation has been prepared for a two-story building with a total area of 362.7 sq. m. On the first floor, the following are planned: an examination room, a room, a warehouse for consumables and medicines, an isolator, rooms for citizens with inclusion, a recreation room, a locker room, a toilet and shower room, a laundry room, a dining room, utility rooms. On the second floor, rooms for permanent residence of citizens, a bathroom, a bathroom, a shower cabin, a nurse's station are planned. The community has a bathhouse, which needs to be reconstructed, design and estimate documentation has been prepared for a two-story building with a total area of 362.7 sq. m.
