Account Manager for Chernihiv
Job responsibilities:
- regular support of users and administrators of the DREAM ecosystem;
- conducting regular meetings with stakeholders to identify needs and requirements for working in the DREAM ecosystem;
- systematic tracking and analysis of indicators of entrusted objects and users in the DREAM BI system;
- cooperation with the implementation team;
- communication with external partners about the DREAM system.

Senior Account Manager
Job responsibilities:
- providing regular support to users and administrators of the DREAM ecosystem, advising on the specifics of working with the system;
- working with users to engage them in working with the DREAM system and promote the quality use of the system by partners;
- preparing regular reviews of the use of the DREAM system by the area or group of users entrusted to you;
- communication with partners interested in restoring the area or supporting the user group you are entrusted with;
- support for users of the DREAM ecosystem components: initial training, assistance in creating project ideas and projects;
- assisting users in finding examples of well-prepared projects and developing their solutions.
