<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://dream.gov.ua">The Kherson City Clinical Hospital</a>, named after O.S. Luchansky, is one of the largest in the region and is still the main hospital for providing emergency care for residents of the Kherson community. The hospital has 4 inpatient departments with a total capacity of over 300 patients, including surgical care. 80% of the hospital's bed capacity is used for emergency care. The hospital is under constant shelling by the russians. Still, it continues to provide 24/7 care to Kherson region residents, including internally displaced persons. Over 96,000 people can get medical aid in this hospital. In April 2024, the Kherson City Hospital received funding to reconstruct a shelter for 102 people. As part of the project, an underground hospital was built to provide people with 24/7 highly qualified medical and surgical care. Modern standards and requirements for barrier-free access and energy efficiency measures were implemented in the project. The underground hospital's surgery rooms are equipped with modern medical equipment for various surgical interventions and post-surgery care. These include patient monitors, ventilators, infusion machines, and equipment for washing and sterilizing surgical instruments. All beds are equipped with electronic patient positioning systems. The ventilation and air conditioning systems, fire safety, structural and cabling network, and staff call system were also upgraded. The premises are lit with energy-saving LED lamps. The hospital has developed routes to move patients with limited mobility to shelters as quickly as possible and provide them with emergency care. All routes are easy to navigate, and corridors and rooms are equipped with handrails, allowing patients to get to the shelter independently. The shelter has a convenient food block and barrier-free sanitary areas. The underground hospital is a dual-purpose building that will be actively used in peacetime.&nbsp; The project's total budget was UAH 59.1 million. It was financed by a state budget subvention and co-financed by the local budget. Successful projects in DREAM: reconstruction of an underground hospital in Kherson

The procedure for granting subvention for purchasing equipment, construction, and modernization of canteens in schools has been approved. The Ministry of Education and Science (MoES) will select projects and allocate funds using the DREAM ecosystem. The amount of this year's subvention is UAH 960 million. Funding applications will be accepted from January 20 to 29. The following organizations will be able to receive funds:<ul><li>naval and military sports lyceums, lyceums with enhanced military and physical training;</li><li>institutions with 200+ students;</li><li>institutions with up to 200 students if they are the only ones in the community that operate full-time/mixed mode and where students from at least two other institutions are brought.</li></ul>All of these educational institutions must be in communal ownership. School canteens: subvention of the Ministry of Education and Science will be distributed using DREAM

In 2025, the state's Single Project Pipeline of Public Investments will be formed using the Unified Information System for Public Investment Project Management, which is based on the DREAM ecosystem. It is sealed in the draft law on amendments to the Budget Code No. 12245 of 25.11.2024, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on January 16. The Law, in particular, defines the concepts and procedures for planning, preparing, and implementing public investment projects and programs at the state, regional, and local levels. According to the Law, the Unified Information System for Public Investment Project Management becomes a bank of PIPs formed as a prioritized list of public investment projects and programs based on the results of their preparation, evaluation, prioritization, and selection according to the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The Government will determine the procedure for the functioning and components of the Unified Information System. - The decision of the Parliament to use DREAM as a single pipeline for public investment projects is critical for reforming public investment management. We aim to create clear conditions for all parties involved in restoring Ukraine based on transparency and accountability regarding using funds. It is important for our international partners and the public, - said Oleksis Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine and Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine. Work is underway to develop a methodology for planning, prioritizing, and selecting public investment projects per the state's strategic priorities and needs and to fulfill obligations to international partners. In addition, the ecosystem's functionality is being updated to ensure a convenient, efficient, and accountable public investment management process for all stakeholders. The DREAM Project Office and DREAM Academy team, in close cooperation with the Open Contracting Partnership and the Digital Transformation Activity Project, will provide information and technical support to all system clients and users. In particular, developing training courses, programs, and information references on the stages of public investment management reform, work with the updated system functionality, etc., is already underway. DREAM gets the basis for the legislative regulation as the Ukrainian Parliament voted

The procedure for granting a subvention to construct and repair shelters in institutions providing general secondary education has been approved. The Ministry of Education and Science (MoES) will select projects and allocate funds using the DREAM ecosystem. &nbsp;This year's subvention is UAH 6.2 billion, of which UAH 460.5 million will be used to complete projects launched in 2024. Other communities can apply for the remaining funds. Funding applications will be accepted from January 20 to 26. The following communities will be able to receive funds:<ul><li>Naval and military sports lyceums, lyceums with enhanced military and physical training;</li><li>institutions with 200+ students;</li><li>institutions with up to 200 students if they are the only ones in the community that operate full-time/mixed mode and where students from at least two other institutions are brought.</li></ul>MoES commission will select the projects receiving funding through the DREAM digital platform. It will also consider the community's affiliation with the risk zone, in accordance with the Methodology for Risk Assessment in the Education System. MoES subvention for school shelters: projects are selected for funding through DREAM

The Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, together with the DREAM Project Office, is conducting a series of training for communities and regional military administrations on creating projects and submitting applications under the European Investment Bank's Ukraine Recovery Program III.&nbsp;&nbsp; The agreement provides for the attraction of EUR 100 million to finance recovery and development projects. These include distributed generation facilities, municipal housing, water supply and sewerage, and healthcare.&nbsp;&nbsp; At the Ministry for Development initiative, this year's funds allocated to communities as a subvention from the state budget will be distributed using digital tools, namely the state digital restoration ecosystem for accountable management - DREAM.&nbsp;&nbsp; Digital tools are an important component of project management and ensuring the trust of international recovery partners, particularly through open data. DREAM allows the assessment of communities' real needs for recovery and the tracking of project implementation at all stages.&nbsp;&nbsp; - Teaching communities how to prepare and submit projects through digital tools is the key to creating viable investment projects. Therefore, it is important that as many local government representatives as possible join the training series. The training program is designed to meet the requirements of international partners, current legislation on the distribution of state budget subvention, and the system's functionality. Training for communities on applying for funding under the Ukraine Recovery Program III

Under the Ukraine Recovery Programme III financial agreement between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank, the EIB will allocate EUR 100 million to finance community recovery and development projects. These include distributed generation facilities, municipal housing, water supply and sanitation, and healthcare. These funds will be allocated to communities as a subvention from the state and local budgets. The selection of projects and distribution of funds will be carried out exclusively using the state DREAM ecosystem. According to Oleksii Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine and Minister for the Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, society and international partners currently demand transparent and accountable reconstruction. &nbsp;-The DREAM ecosystem is an effective digital tool that allows you to track every stage of project implementation. Our task is to teach communities to manage their resources wisely and attract new opportunities for recovery and development. We are working to direct international assistance to the regions by clearly defined needs. For many years, the European Investment Bank has been a reliable partner of Ukraine. The possibility to receive administrative services quickly and comfortably is one of the requirements of wartime. Today, ASCs in Ukraine provide people with 200 to 400 administrative services. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation and its brutal armed aggression on the territory of Ukraine, Khorolsk urban territorial community faced new challenges and tasks, one of such tasks became a priority - to take care of storage facilities and shelters for the most important objects of social infrastructure of Khorolsk community, and the first such was (remains until now) the shelter of the Khorolsk City Hospital, the only hospital in the community that provides medical care to 31,622 of its residents, 3,656 IDPs, as well as residents of neighboring communities. After all, even during the air alarm signal, medical assistance to patients must be provided! In general, a room for shelter was provided during the construction of the hospital, but it remained in a state of incomplete work. The shelter of patients and staff is calculated for a continuous stay in the protective structure of civil protection, the estimated number of people, for 2 days. The shelter area is 909.8 square meters. The total potential capacity of the proposed civil protection structure is 313 people (including 130 patients, 183 staff).

З початком повномаштабного вторгнення рф та її жорстокої збройної агресії на території України перед Хорольською міською територіальною громадою постали нові виклики та завдання, одним з таких завдань стало першочергове- подбати про сховища та укриття для найбільш важливих обєктів соціальної інфрастуктури Хорольської громади, і найпершим таким було і (залишається дотепер) укриття КНП "Хорольська міська лікарня", єдиної лікарні в громаді, яка надає медичну допомогу 31622&nbsp; її жителям, 3656 ВПО, а також жителям сусідніх громад.&nbsp; Адже, навіть під час чигналу повітряної тривоги медична допомога пацієнтам повинна надаватися!

Укриття пацієнтів та персоналу розраховується на безпереревне перебування в захисній споруді цивільного захисту, розрахункової кількості осіб, протягом 2 діб. Площа укриття&nbsp; - 909, 8 кв.м. Необхідний диск жорсткості забезпечують плити перекриття, розташовані у поперечному напрямку, спираючись на зовнішні стіни та ригелі перекриття.Зовнішні та внутрішні стіни виконані з фундаментних блоків. Для забезпечення потреб мало мобільних груп населення робочим проєктом передбачено наступні заходи: в місцях перетину пішохідних доріжок з проїздами влаштовано перехідні пандуси із зонами пониженого бордюру; нормативна ширина та ухил пішохідних шляхів; доступ до приміщень через аварійний вихід №1; нормативна ширина шляхів руху; покриття мощення та підлог виконано з неслизьких матеріалів з шорсткою поверхнею, що не допускає ковзання при намоканні; дверні блоки нормативної ширини та без порогів; підлоги виконані в одному рівні для безперешкодного руху; санвузол з обладнанням поручнями та відповідним сантехнічним обладнанням; система засобів інформації в приміщеннях, вхідних вузлах і на маршрутах руху, включаючи технічні засоби сповіщення, візуальні зображення, чіткі кольорові знаки, тактильні поверхні та знаки. &nbsp;Пожежна та техногенна безпека &nbsp;АУПГ передбачено в приміщенні ДЕС на рідкому паливі. Запроєктовано порошкове пожежогасіння об'ємним способом з централізованим і децентралізованим зберіганням вогнегасної речовини (ОТВ). В якості газової вогнегасної речовини застосований порошок ФАКТОР АВС-40 ТУ У 24.6- 13672801-004-2004, що представляє собою білий діелектричний порошок. ППК ПУіЗ &laquo;Тірас-1&raquo;, Тірас-8П.1 зпроєктовано встановити в кімнаті керування (приміщення № 30 згідно експлікації). Для контролю загорянь у захищуваних приміщеннях передбачені безадресні димові та теплові пожежні сповіщувачі СПД-3 та ТПТ-3, у приміщенні ДЕС сповіщувачі підключені у різні шлейфи системи згідно п. 6.2.28 ДБН В.2.5-56:2014. Управління пожежогасінням (запуск гасіння / стоп гасіння) передбачено ППК ПУіЗ &laquo;Тірас-1&raquo; (на панелі керування ППК є відповідні кнопки) та пристроїв ручного запускання (ПРЗ "Тірас") та аварійного зупинення (ПАЗ "Тірас"). Останні встановленні біля входу у захищуване приміщення. Шлейфи запуску пожежогасіння виконані безгалогенний, який не виділяє диму вогнестійким кабелем КОРкН FRHF FE180/E30 2х2х0,8, що мають межу вогнестійкості 30 хв. Прокладаються ШС на висоті не менше 2,2 м від рівня підлоги і не менше 0,1 м від рівня перекриття при прокладці по стінах і безпосередньо по перекриттю. Для кріплення кабелю ШС передбачені утримувачі кабелю і цвяхові анкери, також володіють вогнетривкими властивостями (відстань між точками кріплення кабелю &ndash; не більше 0,3 м). Прилад приймально-контрольний Тірас-8П.1 та ПУіЗ &laquo;Тірас-1&raquo; встановлений в кімнаті керування. Дане приміщення задовольняє всім вимогам п.4.10 ДБН В.2.5-56:2014 &laquo;Системи протипожежного захисту&raquo;. Передбачено влаштування внутрішнього протипожежного водопроводу з влаштуванням пожежних кран-комплектів. Після проведення комплексу робіт з капітального ремонту, за характеристиками вогнестійкості і меж поширення вогню конструкцій будівля буде відповідати I ступені вогнестійкості. Група горючості, мінімальна межа поширення вогню через будівельні конструкції відповідають другій ступені вогнестійкості, зазначеним у таблиці 4 ДБН В.1.1-7:2016: - зовнішні огороджувальні конструкції будівлі з межею вогнестійкості REI 150 M0; - елементи перекриття з межею вогнестійкості REI 60 M0; - внутрішні стіни (внутрішні перегородки) з межею вогнестійкості EI 30 M0; - протипожежні перегородки 1-го типу REI 45 M0. Ширина прорізів і відкривання дверей на шляху евакуації відповідає ДБН В.1.1-7:2016, ДБН В.2.2-9:2018. Опорядження стін і стель, а також влаштування поверхневих шарів конструкції підлоги приміщень передбачені з негорючих матеріалів з показниками пожежної безпеки не більше ніж: - для стін і стель &ndash; Г2, В2, Д2, T2; - для підлог - В2, РП2, Д2, T2. Hadiatsk City Central Hospital is a main health care institution that provides proper medical care to the local population and to persons affected by military actions and wounded military personnel. The need for capital repair of the civil protection building of the anti-radiation shelter arose in connection with the creation of safe working conditions for medical workers and patients of the medical institution. The project envisages major repairs with interior finishing works, replacement of wooden door blocks, replacement of internal networks of the water supply and sewage system, internal heating and ventilation networks, replacement of electrical cables and electrical devices, installation of fire alarms. The built-up area of the premises of the Public Utilities Administration is 1215.32 m2 the total area of the PRU premises under repair is 951.58 m2 The implementation of the project involves the creation of conditions for unhindered access for persons with disabilities and other groups of the population with reduced mobility. Technical solutions correspond to DBN B.2.2-40:2018 &quot;Inclusiveness of buildings and structures&quot;.

Гадяцька міська центральна лікарня є опорним закладом охорони здоров'я, яка надає належну медичну допомогу місцевому населенню та особам постраждалим від військових дій та пораненим військовослужбовцям. Необхідність капітального ремонту споруди цивільного захисту протирадіаційного укриття&nbsp; виникла в зв'язку з створенням безпечних умов праці медпрацівників та пацієнтів медичного закладу.
Проєктом передбачається проведення капітального ремонту з виконанням внутрішніхоздоблювальних робіт,заміною дерев'яних дверних блоків , заміну внутрішніх мереж системи водопостачання та каналізації, внутрішніх мереж опалення та вентиляції, заміну&nbsp; електричного кабелю та електричнихприладів, встановлення пожежної сигналізації. After major repairs, the anti-radiation shelter of the &quot;Zolochiv TsRL&quot; KNP will meet modern requirements: it will meet all norms and standards; safe: will protect people from damage by harmful factors of emergency situations; comfortable: thanks to the updated interior, plumbing and reliable ventilation system, staying in the shelter will be as comfortable and safe as possible, even for a long time. Shelter is a key infrastructural object in the modern realities of brutal war. Therefore, it is important to ensure proper conditions of protection in a health care facility.

На жаль, на даний момент протирадіаційне укриття головного корпусу КНП "Золочівська ЦРЛ" не відповідає сучасним вимогам безпеки у частині вентиляції. Відсутність належної вентиляційної системи робить перебування в укритті некомфортним, а в разі надзвичайної ситуації - й небезпечним.
Після капітального ремонту протирадіаційне укриття КНП "Золочівська ЦРЛ" стане відповідним сучасним вимогам: відповідатиме всім нормам та стандартам; безпечним: захищатиме людей від ураження шкідливими факторами надзвичайних ситуацій; комфортним: завдяки оновленому інтер'єру, наявності сантехніки та надійній вентиляційній системі, перебування в укритті буде максимально комфортним та безпечним навіть протягом тривалого часу.&nbsp;
Укриття - ключовий інфраструктурний об'єкт в сучасних реаліях жорстокої війни. Тому важливо забезпечити належні умови захисту у закладі охорони здоров'я.

The overhaul of the basement premises for the arrangement of a protective structure creates an additional opportunity to provide shelter to protect another 203 people from the danger of attacks and shelling, and will also serve as a place for evacuation and storage of vital hospital resources in case of an escalation of the situation. The level of providing the health care facility with protective structures will reach 40%. The children&#39;s hospital is located within the zones of objects of increased danger of the 1st class, accidents in which can lead to the formation of zones of emergency situations (including the place (territory) of intensive hostilities): at a distance of 83670 m from the VP &quot;Rivnenska AES&quot; (m . Varash) and at a distance of 42,500 m the &quot;Khmelnytska NPP&quot; VP; at a distance of 13350 m. PJSC &quot;RIVNEAZOT OSTCHEM&quot;. The existing anti-radiation shelter (PRU) registration No. 67849 (shelter of group P-4, protection factor K=200), which is subject to major repairs, is located in the basement of the building of building A-6 (block 3). The work project envisages major renovation of premises with a total area of 710.5 sq.m. The design solution provides for: partial re-planning with the arrangement of premises for persons hiding (provided seating); women&#39;s and men&#39;s bathrooms with the necessary sanitary equipment, a bathroom for the needs of groups with limited mobility, equipment for a universal shower cabin, a medical station, a room for dirty clothes, a ventilation room, vestibules. In case of emergencies, a supply of bottled water is provided in the boiler room to provide drinking water. To provide technical water, containers are provided, which are filled from watering taps. If sewerage is impossible, it is assumed that the shelter will be equipped with polyethylene rectangular containers, which will be installed in bathrooms. According to the design tasks, it is envisaged to use the PRU as a dual-purpose structure. In peacetime, the premises are expected to be used as commercial premises. The term of bringing the protective structure into readiness to receive persons taking shelter should not exceed 12 hours. Three entrances are expected to be arranged in the premises of the public utility company, two of which are existing. The set of premises, area, planning, interconnection, completeness with the necessary equipment and furniture are made in accordance with DBN B.2.2-5:2023 &quot;Protective structures of civil protection&quot;. The project solutions include: dismantling of part of the existing partitions, installation of new ones; doorways in the internal walls and arrangement of the new entrance No. 2 with a ramp; arrangement of monolithic reinforced concrete foundations, porch area and ramp; installation of door blocks; implementation of internal equipment (ceiling, walls, floor) in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises; replacement and laying of internal networks of cold and hot water supply, household sewage; installation of a supply-exhaust ventilation system with mechanical drive; arrangement of the heating system of the PRU festival premises with ceramic panels; implementation of internal power and lighting power supply networks; equipping premises with fire alarm systems, evacuation management, a centralized fire monitoring system and fire extinguishing equipment; equipping with the necessary furniture and inventory; arrangement of a pedestrian path to the porch covered with cobblestones; other works

Щодня, з 8 до 16-00 год в будівлях КП &ldquo;РОДЛ&rdquo; перебуває більше тисячі осіб, і ⅓ з них діти. Наразі, в лікарні облаштовано укриття на 200 осіб (№67848), що є у п&rsquo;ять разів меншим за потребу лікувального закладу. Капітальний ремонт підвальних приміщень для облаштування захисної споруди створює додаткову можливість забезпечити укриттям для захисту ще 203 людей від небезпеки атак та обстрілів, а також слугуватиме місцем для евакуації та зберігання життєво важливих ресурсів лікарні у разі загострення ситуації. Рівень забезпечення закладу охорони здоров&rsquo;я об&rsquo;єктами захисних споруд досягне 40 %.
Дитяча лікарня розташована у межах зон об'єктів&nbsp; підвищеної небезпеки 1-го класу, аварії на яких можуть призвести до утворення зон наздвичайних ситуацій (у тому числі місця (території) інтенсивних бойових дій): на відстані 83670 м ВП "Рівненська АЕС" (м. Вараш) та на відстані 42500 м ВП "Хмельницька АЕС"; на відстані 13350 м. ПрАТ "РІВНЕАЗОТ OSTCHEM".
Існуюче протирадіаційне укриття (ПРУ) обліковий №67849 (укриття групи П-4, коефіцієнт захисту К=200), яке підлягає капітальному ремонту, розташоване у підваальному приміщенні будівлі корпусу А-6 (блок 3). Робочим проєктом передбачається капітальний ремонт приміщень загальною площею 710.5 кв.м.
Проєктним рішенням перебачається: часткове перепланування з улаштуванням приміщень для осіб, що переховуються (передбачені місця для сидіння); жіночі та чоловічі санзузли з необхідним сантехнічним обладнанням, санвузол для потреб маломобільних груп населення, обладнання універсальної душової кабіни, медичного пункту, приміщення для брудного одягу, вентиляційної, тамбурів.
На випадок аварійних ситуацій для забезпечення питною водою передбачений запас бутильованої води в приміщенні бойлерної. Для забезпечення технічною водою передбачені ємності, заповнення яких здійснюється від поливальних кранів. За неможливості каналізування передбачається комплектування укриття поліетиленовими прямокутними ємностями, які встановлюються у санвузлах.&nbsp;
Згідно із завданнями на проєктування передбачається використання ПРУ як споруду подвійного призначення. В мирний час передбачається використання приміщень у якості господарських приміщень.
Термін приведення захисної споруди у готовність до прийому осіб, які укриваються, не повинен перевищувати 12 годин.
В приміщення ПРУ передбачається улаштування трьох входів, два з яких існуючі.
Набір приміщень, площа, планування, взаємозв'язок, комплектація необхідним устаткуванням та меблями виконані у відповідності з ДБН В.2.2-5:2023 "Захисні споруди цивільного захисту".
Проєктними рішеннями передбачається: демонтаж частини існуючих перегородок, улаштування нових; дверні прорізи у внтрішніх стінах та улаштування нового входу №2 з пандусом; улаштування монолітніх залізобетонних фундаментів, площадки ганку та пандусу; встановлення дверних блоків; виконання внутрішнього опорядження (стелі, стін, підлоги) у відповідності до функціонального призначення приміщень; заміна і прокладання внутрішніх мереж холодного та гарячого водопостачання, госппобутової каналізації; улаштування системи припливно-витяжної вентиляції з механічним спонуканням; улаштування системи опалення пирміщень ПРУ керамічними панелями; виконання внутрішніх силових та освітлювальних мереж електропостачання; оснащення приміщень системами пожежної сигналізації, керування евакуацією, системою централізованого пожежного спостереження та засобами пожежогасіння; оснащення необхідними меблями та інвентарем; улаштування пішоходної доріжки до ганку з покриттям бруківкою; інші роботи.

The PRU includes rooms for shelter, an operating block, oxygen, women&#39;s and men&#39;s bathrooms, a bathroom for staff and people with reduced mobility, a universal shower cabin, ventilation, electrical panels, rooms for storing dirty clothes, rooms for receiving and heating food, and food storage rooms , vestibule-sluices. The capacity of the PRU is 200 seats. The operating unit consists of the following premises: operating and dressing room, pre-operative and sterilization room, corridor, staff room, bathroom. The operating unit is equipped with the necessary operating equipment, furniture and inventory. Food heating room equipped with microwave oven, electric kettle and production table, food reception area equipped with dining table and stools.</li></ul>

Потужність ПРУ - 200 місць. Операційний блок складається&nbsp; з наступних приміщень: операційно-перев'язочна, передопераційно-стерилізаційна, коридор, кімната персоналу, санвузол. Операційний блок обладнано необхідним операційним обладнанням, меблями та інвентарем. Приміщення підігріву їжі, обладнані мікрохвильовою піччю, електрочайником та виробничим столом, зона приймання їжі, обладнану обіднім столом та табуретами.</li>

The project provides for: installation of a lift taking into account the needs of people with reduced mobility; - repair of the entrance doors of the warehouse; arrangement of canopies over the entrances to the protective structure; laying of brick partitions for additional rooms; - arrangement of interior doors; interior decoration of premises; - floor repair; repair of air intake shafts of supply and exhaust ventilation systems; setting up a site with a FBS fence for a diesel generator with a canopy over it; provide for the installation of a DGA diesel generator with a nominal power of up to 50 kW and its connection, according to the norms of the current DBN; - to provide supply-exhaust ventilation with mechanical motivation, according to the current regulations of the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. maintenance of temperature parameters; provide for the installation of filters for modes I (pure ventilation) and II (filter ventilation) in accordance with the current standards of the DBN; provide for a separate exhaust system with a mechanical drive for the maintenance of bathrooms; provide for the installation of anti-explosion devices in air intake and exhaust shafts; replacing the electrical cable network by installing sockets; - provide an electric energy metering device; - to provide working and emergency lighting and connection of power electrical equipment; - provide a fire alarm system, an evacuation control system and a system for transmitting alarm notifications; - perform installation of the internal water supply system, sewage system and connection of household appliances of bathrooms to the existing water supply and sewage networks; - provide for the installation of a water meter; - provide for the installation of an automatic pumping station to increase water pressure; - provide for the installation of automatic sewage pumping stations.

KNP &quot;Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after O.S. Luchanskyi&quot; is one of the largest medical institutions of the Kherson region and a cluster health care institution that provides primary and secondary (specialized, highly specialized) medical care services to the population of the Kherson territorial community. Until now, the hospital is the base for providing urgent care in case of emergencies. The institution is recognized as BLIL-2, which has: 4 inpatient departments, designed for a total of 305 beds, of which 137 beds are for surgical care. As part of the &quot;Great Construction&quot; state program, a powerful emergency medical department with CT, anti-shock, resuscitation and decontamination wards was created. The hospital provides emergency care to residents of the city of Kherson 24/7 and meets modern standards for the provision of this care. This is a multidisciplinary institution that provides urgent and scheduled care to residents of the city and region (80% of the bed fund operates in the mode of providing urgent care: emergency surgery, gynecological, urological, resuscitation, neurological, cardiology departments), the anesthesiology and intensive care department has 12 beds equipped according to modern requirements for providing medical care. The hospital has a powerful diagnostic base that allows performing all basic types of research; operations are carried out in operating units equipped with modern equipment for minimally invasive operations, namely: laparoscopic, urological, arthroscopic (of the highest complexity). Endoprosthesis of large joints, all modern types of osteosynthesis are also performed. In the pre-war period, namely in 2021, 2,500 operations were performed at the institution, including 70 knee and hip replacement surgeries, in wartime, namely in 2023, 1,570 operations were performed. It should be noted that in 2022, 227 heart operations were performed at the &quot;Heart Center&quot; facility, including 139 coronary artery stentings, of which 98 were for acute myocardial infarction. Since 2011, the hospital has been the base for the implementation of the City Program for the Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases. The city Heart Center was established in the hospital, which provided emergency medical care for acute myocardial infarction with the possibility of surgical interventions in X-ray operating units. Currently, the hospital does not stop its work, being in the zone of active hostilities, providing a full range of emergency and planned assistance to the civilian population of Kherson and the region, as well as to IDPs and victims of the consequences of the accident at the Kakhovskaya HPP, around the clock. In general, the territory with a total population of up to 96,000 people is served. Since January 2024, the institution has launched an oxygen station for centralized oxygen supply. The hospital is fully equipped with backup power sources that are connected automatically when the centralized power supply is turned off. In addition, from January 2024, a boiler room was launched to provide autonomous heating of the facility. The institution works under contracts with the National Health Service of Ukraine and provides medical services under 18 packages of the medical guarantee program. О.С.Лучанського&raquo; є одним з найбільших медичних закладів Херсонської області та кластерним закладом охорони здоров&rsquo;я, що надає послуги первинної та вторинної (спеціалізованої, високоспеціалізованої) медичної допомоги населенню Херсонської територіальної громади. До теперішнього часу лікарня - є базовою з надання ургентної допомоги при невідкладних станах. Заклад визнано БЛІЛ-2, який має: 4 стаціонарних відділення, що розраховані загалом на 305 ліжко-місць, з яких 137 ліжок для надання допомоги хірургічного профілю. В рамках державної програми &laquo;Велике будівництво&raquo; було створено потужне відділення екстреної медичної допомоги з КТ, протишоковими, реанімаційними та деконтамінаційними палатами. Лікарня надає екстрену допомогу мешканцям міста Херсона 24/7 та відповідає сучасним стандартам надання цієї допомоги. Це багатопрофільний заклад, що надає ургентну та планову допомогу мешканцям міста та області (80 % ліжкового фонду працює в режимі надання ургентної допомоги: відділення невідкладної хірургії, гінекологічне, урологічне, реанімаційне, неврологічне, відділення кардіологічного профілю), відділення анестезіології і інтенсивної терапії має 12 ліжок оснащених за сучасними вимогами надання медичної допомоги. Лікарня має потужну діагностичну базу, що дозволяє виконувати всі основні види досліджень; операції проводяться в операційних блоках, оснащених сучасною апаратурою для проведення мало інвазивних операцій, а саме: лапароскопічні, урологічні, артроскопічні (найвищої складності). Також проводиться ендопротезування великих суглобів, усі сучасні види остеосинтезу. У довоєнний час, а саме у 2021 році по закладу було проведено: 2500 операцій, у тому числі 70 операцій із ендопротезування колінного та кульшового суглобів, у військовий час, а саме за 2023 рік, було проведено 1570 операцій. Слід зазначити, що у 2022 році у закладі на базі &laquo;Центру Серця&raquo; було проведено 227 операцій на серці, у тому числі 139 стентувань коронарних артерій, з них 98 &ndash; при гострому інфаркті міокарда. З 2011 року лікарня була базою для виконання Міської програми запобігання та лікування серцево-судинних захворювань. У лікарні створено міський Центр серця, який надавав екстрену медичну допомогу при гострому інфаркті міокарда з можливістю проведення оперативних інтервенцій у рентген-операційних блоках. Наразі лікарня не припиняє свою роботу, знаходячись у зоні активних бойових дій, цілодобово надає повний спектр невідкладної та планової допомоги цивільному населенню Херсона та області, а також для ВПО та постраждалих від наслідків аварії на Каховській ГЕС. Загалом обслуговується територія із загальним населенням до 96 000 осіб. З січня 2024 року у закладі запущено кисневу станцію для централізованого постачання кисню. Лікарня повністю укомплектована джерелами резервного енергопостачання, що підключаються автоматично при відключенні централізованого електропостачання. Крім того, з січня 2024 року було запущено котельню для забезпечення автономного опалення закладу. Заклад працює за договорами з Національною &nbsp;службою здоров&rsquo;я України та надає медичні послуги за 18 пакетами програми медичних гарантій. KNP &quot;Kherson City Perinatal Center of the II level named after Z.S. Klymenko&quot; of the Kherson City Council is the only institution in the Kherson region that provides specialized outpatient services and inpatient obstetric-gynecological, neonatological medical care to the population in the Kherson region. The institution has: 5 inpatient departments, designed for a total of 105 beds, of which 40 beds are for providing surgical care in obstetrics and gynecology. The maternity hospital has the title &quot;Baby-Friendly Hospital&quot; issued in 2007 by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, at the initiative of UNICEF and WHO (confirmed in 2019). The hospital provides the most modern methods of surgical treatment: vaginal hysterectomy, laparoscopic hysterectomy, hysteroscopic surgeries of any complexity, plastic surgeries for complete prolapse. In the pre-war period, namely in 2021, the institution performed: 1503 operations, of which 0 deaths among women, 1188 deliveries (1205 children were born). In 2023, 404 operations were performed, of which 0 deaths among women, 73 deliveries (73 children were born). Currently, the hospital does not stop its work, being in the zone of active hostilities, providing a full range of obstetric and gynecological care 24 hours a day to the female population and newborns of the city of Kherson and the region, as well as to IDPs and victims of the consequences of the accident at the Kakhovka HPP. In accordance with the subgrant agreement with the UN Population Fund, the institution operates a Mobile SRH (sexual reproductive health) team, which provides assistance to the female population living in remote areas of the region where there are no specialized specialists and there are problems with transport connections. The total number of people served by the antenatal clinic before the onset of martial law in Ukraine was 55,243 people, currently the perinatal center serves about 27,000 women. The institution operates under contracts with the National Health Service of Ukraine and provides medical services under 3 packages of the medical guarantee program, the main one being No. 7 &quot;Medical assistance during childbirth.&quot; Within the framework of the project &quot;Reconstruction of the storage facility with the installation of a dual-purpose building (obstetric and surgical unit) with storage properties&quot; of the municipal non-profit enterprise &quot;Kherson City Perinatal Center of Level II named after Z.S. The implementation of the project is also aimed at creating a dual-purpose structure and requires the reconstruction of the existing civil defense protective structure into a dual-purpose structure, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of urban planning and civil defense. KNP &quot;Kherson City Perinatal Center of Level II named after Z.S. Klymenko&quot; KhMR, in which it is planned to reconstruct the storage facility with the construction of a dual-purpose building (obstetric and operating room), inpatient treatment wards and storage facilities, is the only healthcare institution (maternity hospital) in which it is planned to create a dual-purpose medical facility with the necessary infrastructure, which makes it possible to have a single center in the city with a full range of obstetric, gynecological and neonatal care with a safe space for mother and child, which is not possible in other hospitals in Kherson. Reconstruction of the storage facility with the construction of a dual-purpose building (obstetric and surgical unit) with the properties of a storage facility with a total area of 859.4 m2, equipped with the latest and modern medical equipment, with the introduction of innovative technologies in the medical field, to provide assistance during complicated pregnancies, childbirth, the postpartum period for the mother and infant, performing surgical interventions and rehabilitation of the female population, and conservative treatment of gynecological pathology.

Заклад має: 5 стаціонарних відділень, що розраховані загалом на 105 ліжко-місць, з яких 40 ліжок для надання хірургічної допомоги з акушерства та гінекології. Пологовий будинок має звання &laquo;Лікарня, доброзичлива до дитини&raquo; виданий в 2007 році Міністерством охорони здоров&rsquo;я України, за ініціативою UNICEF та WHO (підтверджено у 2019 році). На виконання договору субгранту з Фондом Народонаселення ООН в закладі працює Мобільна бригада СРЗ (сексуально репродуктивне здоров&rsquo;я), яка надає допомогу жіночому населенню, що мешкає в віддалених районах області де відсутні вузькопрофільні спеціалісти та є проблеми з транспортним сполученням. Загальна кількість населення що обслуговувалася жіночою консультацією до настання військового стану в Україні 55 243 осіб, на даний час перинатальний центр обслуговує близько 27 000 осіб жіночого населення. Заклад працює за договорами з Національною службою здоров&rsquo;я України та надає медичні послуги за 3 пакетами програми медичних гарантій, основним який є №7 &laquo;Медична допомога при пологах&raquo;. В рамках проекту &laquo;Реконструкція сховища з влаштуванням споруди подвійного призначення (пологово операційний блок) з властивостями сховища&raquo; комунального некомерційного підприємства &laquo;Херсонський міський перинатальний центр II рівня ім. З.С.Клименко&raquo; Херсонської міської ради&raquo; буде створений сучасний підземний перинатальний центр з безпечними умовами перебування, метою якого - є безпечне надання висококваліфікованої невідкладної медичної, реабілітаційної допомоги жіночому населенню міста, в межах супроводу вагітності, ускладнень вагітності, пологах, післяпологовому періоді, неонатальному періоді (для немовлят), консервативному та хірургічному стаціонарному лікуванні гінекологічних хворих в зоні активних бойових дій. Також реалізація проекту спрямована на створення споруди подвійного призначення і потребує реконструкції наявної захисної споруди цивільного захисту,на споруду подвійного призначення, у відповідності з вимогами нормативно-правових актів у сфері регулювання містобудівної діяльності та цивільного захисту. КНП &laquo;Херсонський міський перинатальний центр II рівня ім. З.С.Клименко&raquo; ХМР, в якому плануються реконструкція сховища з влаштуванням споруди подвійного призначення (пологово-операційний блок), палати стаціонарного лікування та сховища є єдиним закладом охорони здоров&rsquo;я (пологовий будинок) в якому передбачається створити медичну споруду подвійного призначення з необхідною інфраструктурою, що дає можливість мати в місті єдиний центр з повним спектром акушерсько-гінекологічної та неонатальної допомоги з безпечним простором для мами та дитини, що в інших лікарнях м.Херсона не можливо. Реконструкція сховища з влаштуванням споруди подвійного призначення (пологово операційний блок) з властивостями сховища загальною площею 859,4 м2,&nbsp; оснащеного новітнім та сучасним медичним обладнанням, із впровадженням інноваційних технологій в медичній галузі, для надання допомоги під час ускладненої вагітності, у пологах, післяпологовому періоді матері та немовляті, проведенням оперативних втручань та реабілітації жіночого населення, консервативному лікуванні гінекологічної патологіі.

The implementation of the project is aimed at the creation of a protective structure, which will be included in the fund of protective structures of civil defense. The health care facility of the communal enterprise &quot;Blyzniukivska Central District Hospital&quot;, which plans to build a new protective structure for civil protection, does not have such facilities. Completion of project implementation (commissioning of the completed facility) will be carried out no later than December 31, 2024. Protective structure of civil protection - storage class - A-IV. The storage room, which is located on the territory of the hospital, is designed for a capacity of 478 people: 153 people are hospital staff; 325 people are patients. The height of the premises is 2.7 m. The width of the main corridors, the doors open from two sides - 2.7 m; auxiliary - 1.8 m. Shelters are differentiated by age groups. The protective structure includes main and auxiliary premises. Main premises: premises for shelter; medical center; control point with a fire station. Auxiliary premises: vestibules and vestibule-sluices; premises of filter and ventilation equipment; ITP; premises of emergency power sources - DES; electric panel; drainage pumping station; sanitary and hygienic premises; premises for storing tools and personal protective equipment; premises for storing furniture; room for storing dirty clothes; dining room (buffet); premises for cooking or heating and serving food with a dishwasher; premises for storing products and drinking bottled water; premises for storing waste; zone of fire protection means; sanitary post area.

Проектом передбачено будівництво споруди цивільного захисту на території комунального підприємства &laquo;Близнюківська центральна районна лікарня&raquo; Близнюківської селищної ради Лозівського району Харківської області.
Реалізація проекту спрямована на створення захисної споруди, що буде включено до фонду захисних споруд цивільного захисту. Заклад охорони здоров&rsquo;я комунальне підприємство &laquo;Близнюківська центральна районна лікарня&raquo;, в якому плануються нове будівництво захисної споруди цивільного захисту, не має таких об&rsquo;єктів.
Завершення реалізації проекту (введення завершеного будівництвом об&rsquo;єкта в експлуатацію) буде здійснено не пізніше 31 грудня 2024 року.&nbsp;
Захисна споруда цивільного захисту &ndash; клас сховища &ndash; А-IV. Loam is light, dusty, loess-like, hard consistency, brown, yellowish-brown, pale. The thickness of the layer is 3.2 m; IGE-3. The sandy loam is dusty, loess-like, of a firm consistency, fawn, loamy, the thickness of the layer is 5.5 m. According to the content of sulfate salts, the soils of layers 2 and 3 are moderately aggressive to W4 grade concrete, weakly aggressive to W6 grade concrete, non-aggressive to W8 grade concrete in terms of waterproofing on Portland cement, on Portland cement with almond additives, and on concrete on sulfate-resistant cements. According to the content of chlorides, they are non-aggressive to the reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures. The search area is located in an area with a five-point seismicity according to the ZSR-2004-A, B maps and in an area with a six-point seismicity according to the ZSR-2004-C map DBN B.1.1-12 : 2014 &quot;Construction in seismic regions of Ukraine&quot;. According to Appendix Z of DBN A.2.1-1-2008, the category of complexity of engineering and geological conditions is II (medium complexity). According to the Technical Report on the results of the inspection and assessment of the technical condition of building structures, carried out in 2023, it was established that the protective structure is located on the territory of the branch in the direction of &quot;Infectious diseases&quot; of the KNP &quot;MKL No. 4&quot;. Functionally, the protective structure is an underground building for the shelter of medical personnel. The protective structure has a rectangular shape, the dimensions in plan are 16.54 x 12.5 m. The depth of the deposit is 3.1 m. An earthen embankment with a thickness of 1.7 m is arranged above the cover. There are also two ventilation shafts made of monolithic reinforced concrete, L 1.26 m and H 0.9 m, at ground level. Round holes, L 320 mm, are arranged around the perimeter of the shaft. The openings are covered with louvered grilles. Structurally, the protective structure is designed frameless, made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The stability of the building is provided by a monolithic structure and a rigid connection of the walls with a continuous foundation slab and coating. The structural elements of the protective structure are: - load-bearing structures of the external walls, 450 mm thick, which at the same time hold the load from external influences and are an enclosing structure; - a 450-mm-thick ceiling structure, which at the same time keeps the load from external influences and is an enclosing structure; - solid foundation slab, 450 mm thick; - monolithic reinforced concrete internal walls, 450 mm thick; - elements of entrances, walls of vestibules, vestibules, stairwells are monolithic reinforced concrete, 450 mm thick; - monolithic reinforced concrete floor over the stairwell, 400 mm thick; - monolithic reinforced concrete stairs, width from 200 to 450 mm and step height from 150 to 250 mm. In the event of an emergency shutdown of the power supply, the operation of electric heaters is carried out at the expense of a diesel generator. The water supply source for the shelter building is provided from the existing Ø50 network. The system is a dead end. The project envisages 50 liters of electric boilers as a source of hot water supply. Internal networks of cold and hot water supply are designed from polypropylene pipes PN20 DSTU B V.2.7-144:2008. The laying of networks is closed (in channels) and open along the walls and partitions of the room and under the ceiling. The water storage tanks are assumed to be analogous to the water supply of dry containers, the storage is not expected to store water in peacetime. Internal sewage networks The designed sewage system provides for the collection and transportation of sewage and discharge into the existing K1 Ø100 network. The project provides for ventilation of the sewage network through vacuum valves. The power supply voltage of the electrical receivers of the designed object is 380V/220V. Bathrooms for the use of persons with disabilities are provided, which are equipped with stationary and folding handrails, an emergency call button, as well as measures for people with visual impairments. The presented working project provides measures for fire and man-made safety, labor protection, ecology, sanitary-epidemiological well-being of the population, accessibility of the reconstruction object for people with reduced mobility in accordance with current regulatory documents.</a>

Дніпро, вулиця Канатна, Ділянка захисної споруди знаходиться на території філії за напрямком &laquo;Інфекційні хвороби&raquo; Комунального некомерційного підприємства &laquo;Міська клінічна лікарня №4&raquo; Дніпровської міської ради.&nbsp; Згідно науково-технічного звіту з інженерно-геологічних вишукувань на об&rsquo;єкті за адресою: м. Дніпро, вул. Канатна у геоморфологічному відношенні ділянка досліджень розташована в межах четвертої надзаплавної тераси правого берега р. Дніпро. Рельєф ділянки похилий у північному напрямку, нерозчленований. Абсолютні відмітки поверхні масштабу 1:500 змінюються від 110,50 до 112,50 (за гирлами геологічних свердловин, у Балтійській системі висот). До розвіданої глибини 10 м досліджувана товща ґрунтів розділена на три інженерно-геологічних елемента (ІГЕ), а саме: ІГЕ-1. Ґрунт рослинного шару - суглинок легкий, твердої консистенції, темнокоричневий, з корінням рослин, потужність шару &ndash; 1,3м; ІГЕ-2. Суглинок легкий, пилуватий, лесовидний, твердої консистенції, коричневий, жовтувато-бурий, просідний. Потужність шару &ndash; 3,2м; ІГЕ-3. Супісок пилуватий, лесовидний, твердої консистенції, палевий, просідний, потужність шару &ndash; 5,5м. За вмістом солей сульфатів ґрунти шарів 2, 3 середньоагресивні до бетонів марки W4, слабоагресивні до бетонів марки W6, неагресивні до бетонів марки W8 по водонепроникності на портландцементі, на портландцементі з міндобавками й до бетонів на сульфатостійких цементах. За вмістом хлоридів неагресивні до арматур залізобетонних конструкцій Рівень ґрунтових вод у вересні 2023 року не було зафіксовано у свердловинах до розвіданої глибини 10,00 м (абс. відм. забою свердловин 100,50- 102,50 м). Ділянка дослідження за гідрогеологічними умовами відноситься до потенційно підтоплених територій, відповідно до можливого замочування ґрунтів ІГЕ-2 внаслідок витоків з підземних комунікацій (ДБН В.1.1-24-2009; ДСТУ-Н Б В.1.1-38:2016). Ділянка дослідження у межах глибини буріння відноситься до ІІ (другого) типу ґрунтових умов за просадністю. Нормативна глибина промерзання ґрунту &ndash; 0,76 м. Територія вишукувань розташована в районі з п'ятибальною сейсмічністю відповідно до карт ЗСР-2004-А, В та в районі з шестибальною сейсмічністю відповідно до карти ЗСР-2004-С ДБН В.1.1-12: 2014 &laquo;Будівництво у сейсмічних районах України&raquo;. Згідно з додатком Ж ДБН А.2.1-1-2008 категорія складності інженерно-геологічних умов &ndash; ІІ (середньої складності). Згідно Технічного звіту за результатами обстеження та оцінки технічного стану будівельних конструкцій, виконаного в 2023 році, встановлено, що захисна споруда розташована на території філії за напрямком "Інфекційні хвороби" КНП &laquo;МКЛ №4&raquo;. Функціонально захисна споруда становить собою підземну будівлю для укриття медперсоналу. Захисна споруда має прямокутну форму, розмірами в плані 16,54 х 12,5 м. Глибина залягання становить 3,1 м. Над покриттям влаштований земляний насип, товщиною 1,7м. Також у рівні поверхні землі виходять дві вентиляційні шахти, виконані з монолітного залізобетону,&nbsp; Д 1,26м та Н 0,9 м. По периметру шахти влаштовані круглі отвори, Д 320 мм. Отвори закриті жалюзійними решітками. Конструктивно захисна споруда спроектована безкаркасна, з монолітного залізобетону. Стійкість споруди забезпечена монолітною будовою та жорстким з'єднанням стін з суцільною фундаментною плитою та покриттям. Конструктивними елементами захисної споруди є: - несучі конструкції зовнішніх стін, товщиною 450мм, які одночасно утримують навантаження від впливу зовні і є огороджувальною конструкцією; - конструкція перекриття, товщиною 450 мм, яка одночасно утримує навантаження від впливу зовні і є огороджувальною конструкцією; - суцільна фундаментна плита, товщиною 450 мм; - внутрішні стіни монолітні залізобетонні, товщиною 450 мм; - елементи входів, стіни тамбурів, предтамбурів, сходових спусків монолітні залізобетонні, товщиною 450 мм; - перекриття над сходовим спуском монолітне залізобетонне, товщиною 400 мм; - сходи монолітні залізобетонні, шириною від 200 до 450 мм та висотою ступенів від 150 до 250 мм. Сходи обрамлені кутиком ∟50х5. В захисній споруді є три основних приміщення для тимчасового перебування людей, розміром в плані 6,36х3,55м, 11,9х3,55м, 11,9х3,6м. В приміщеннях&nbsp; розташовані баки запасу води.&nbsp; В захисній споруді передбачені допоміжні приміщення: санвузли, вентиляційна з вентиляційним обладнанням та венткамера, комори. Стіни прошпакльовані та пофарбовані вапном. Підлога залізобетонна.&nbsp; Підлога пофарбована олійною фарбою. Двері приміщень мають розміри в середньому 0,8х1,8(h)м. Всі двері мають пороги.&nbsp; Двері приміщень звичайні дерев&rsquo;яні та спеціальні проти вибухові (згідно паспорту). В захисній споруді передбачені інженерні мережі води, каналізації та електропостачання.&nbsp; &nbsp;Загальний технічний стан захисної споруди №13031, за результатами обстеження, оцінюється, як задовільний (категорія стану II). Робочим проєктом передбачено: &ndash; виконання бордюру проїзду радіусом 6м для зручного повороту транспорту; &ndash; засипка захисної споруди на 1.7м понад покрівлею, - закладення укосів 1:1.5, - улаштування ліфтової шахти для підйомника для маломобільних груп населення; - демонтаж та монтаж нових сходів. Робочим проектом запроєктовано улаштування ліфтової шахти для підйомника для маломобільних груп населення.&nbsp; &nbsp;Робочим проектом передбачається влаштування дверного отвору в залізобетонної стіни існуючого сховища. Підсилення нового отвору запроектоване металевими рамами з прокатних швелерів.&nbsp; &nbsp;Покрівля над вхідними групами запроектовано з двох шарів руберойду, по вирівнюючої цементної стяжці Для опалення приміщень сховища передбачається електричне опалення за допомогою електричних обігрівачів . При аварійному відключенні електропостачання робота електричних нагрівачів здійснюється за рахунок дизель- генератора.&nbsp; Джерелом водопостачання будівлі укриття передбачено від існуючої мережі &Oslash;50. Система - тупікова. Джерелом гарячого водопостачання проектом передбачено від електричних бойлерів 50 л. Внутрішні мережі холодного, гарячого водопроводу запроектовані із поліпропіленових труб PN20 ДСТУ Б В.2.7-144:2008. Прокладка мереж закрита (в каналах) та відкрита по стінах і перегородкам приміщення та під стелею Резервуари запасу води передбачаються як аналог запасу води сухих ємностей, у сховищі не передбачається запас води у мирний час.&nbsp; &nbsp;Внутрішні мережі каналізації Проєктована каналізаційна система передбачає збір і транспортування стоків і скид в існуючу мережу К1 &Oslash;100. Вентилювання каналізаційної мережі проектом передбачено через вакуумні клапани. Внутрішні мережі побутової та виробничої каналізації передбачено з труб НТЕМ розтрубних &Oslash; 50мм; 110мм фірми &laquo;OSTENDORF&raquo;.&nbsp; &nbsp;Напруга живлення електроприймачів проектованого об'єкта - 380В/220В. Основними споживачами електроенергії є: освітлення робоче та аварійне, вентиляція, електричне опалення.&nbsp; &nbsp; Передбачена автоматична пожежна сигналізація з використанням приймально-контрольних приладів ППКП &laquo;ТІРАС- 4П.1&raquo;, які встановлюються на капітальній стіні, виконаній з негорючих матеріалів на відстані не менше 1 м від опалювальних систем і на висоті 1,7 м від рівня підлоги.&nbsp; Робочим проектом передбачені функціонально-планувальні елементи споруди, доступні для маломобільних відвідувачів (МГН): вхідні групи, внутрішні комунікації, а також їх інформаційне та інженерне обладнання. Передбачені санвузли для користування особам з інвалідністю, які обладнані нерухомими та відкидними поручнями, кнопкою екстреного виклику, а також заходи для людей з обмеженням по зору.&nbsp; &nbsp; Представленим робочим проектом передбачені заходи пожежної та техногенної безпеки, охорони праці, екології, санітарно-епідеміологічного благополуччя населення, доступності об&rsquo;єкту реконструкції для маломобільних груп населення відповідно до діючих нормативних документів.&nbsp;</a>
