In the Institution of general secondary education of I-III degrees and preschool education in the village of 237 students of different age categories study at Didyliv Novoyarychiv settlement council of Lviv district of Lviv region (hereinafter referred to as the Institution). There is also a preschool training group, numbering 57, sections for children in football, basketball, etc. In recent years, thanks to co-financing from various sources and the initiative of the village community, the Institution has solved the primary problems: the emergency roof was replaced, the windows and external doors were changed to energy-saving ones, etc. As of today, the main problem in the Institution is the unsatisfactory condition of the kitchen premises. The sanitary and technical condition of the premises does not meet current standards, which complicates its use and makes it impossible to provide schoolchildren with a healthy and nutritious meal. The management of the Institution and the children's parents understand the urgency of the problem and are ready to help solve the problem. If the problem is not solved, the educational process at the Institution and, most importantly, the health of the children will be at risk of disruption. Fungus, mold, damaged floor, unpleasant smell, do not allow cooks to prepare food for children properly. Such a situation with improper nutrition can lead to children's illness, deterioration of their well-being, which cannot be allowed. During the school year, most of the children studying at the Institution do not eat, because parents, knowing about the condition of the kitchen, fear for the health of the children. As a result, this situation leads to a decrease in children's attention in lessons and the desire to learn the material. The children's parents constantly appeal to the Institution's management with a request to repair the emergency kitchen, pointing out that their children also have the right to proper nutrition. The project is aimed at solving the problems of improving the material and technical base of the school kitchen and arranging the kitchen in accordance with sanitary and hygienic standards and aesthetic requirements. It is also expected to achieve the required level of comfort, create conditions for the organization of high-quality, balanced and affordable food for students, the formation of a culture of nutrition in students, and the inculcation of healthy lifestyle skills.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the project envisages major renovation of the dining room of the Institution of general secondary education of grades I-III and preschool education in the village of Didyliv with a total approximate area of 254.0 m2, namely: a dining room, a washroom, a kitchen, a corridor, a vestibule, a loading bay, a vegetable shop, a meat and fish shop, a food storage pantry, household premises and sanitary facilities that belong to the dining room premises (rooms 6-16, 18 according to the technical passport) with a kitchen arrangement with auxiliary rooms with a total area of 160 m2. These premises are located on the first floor of the building. The height of the room is 3.0 m. The entrance to the room is made from the common hall-corridor with further exit to the outside, through the vestibule, and also provided with a separate entrance-exit.
When overhauling the premises, provide for the following measures:
Replacement of all wooden doors;
Replacement of walls and ceilings of all rooms;
Dismantle existing wall coverings and install new ones;
Finish the walls with ceramic tiles and sand-free coating with improved painting;
Equip the ceiling with a suspended Armstrong-type ceiling;
Replacing the floor in all dining rooms;
The floor covering should be made of ceramic tiles (with preliminary dismantling of the existing covering and floor insulation);
The marking of the floors of all rooms should be brought to the same level as the main hall of the 1st floor;
Replacement of the electric lighting system and power equipment;
Provide energy-saving LED electric lighting devices;
Replacement of the kitchen ventilation system;
Air ducts should be designed from stainless steel;
Replacement of the heating system (pipelines and radiators);
Replacement of water supply and sewage systems in the dining room;
Replacement of technological equipment;
Design kitchen equipment from stainless steel;
Installation of fire alarms;
When designing, use the following building structures and materials:
Floors – ceramic tiles;
Insulate the floors of the first floor according to the heat engineering calculation;
Doors are metal-plastic and metal.
