In order to achieve the goal of the reform of school meals, it is very important that canteens and kitchens of educational institutions meet modern standards. Therefore, the founders faced the question of restoring and modernizing food blocks in educational institutions using the latest technological processes, improving energy efficiency indicators and complying with the principles of the HACCP system. Since the food block of the Voznesensky Lyceum No. 10 provides food preparation for one more institution. where there is no such possibility, therefore, the "Support kitchen" model was chosen for the modernization of the food block. This is a model in which the educational institution has its own food block, where ready-made meals are prepared and served, as well as providing food for the base institution and branches in which meals are prepared not economically justified and can be implemented in two ways, just as in the Basic model of the kitchen
