The project provides for the creation of a reliable and safe premises that will protect the participants of the educational process from emergency situations, such as fires, natural disasters and other threats. This project includes the design and construction of a special facility, taking into account the needs of the school community and security requirements, as well as the organization of civil defense training and the training of staff and students to respond effectively to danger

As part of the project, it is planned to create a safe room that will provide students, teachers and technical staff with protection in case of emergency situations, namely the construction of a civil defense protective structure (shelter) on the territory of the communal institution "Lyceum "Leader" and equipping the room with the necessary safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, ventilation systems, power systems, water supply, as well as medical equipment and materials for first aid, etc.

The new construction of the underground structure of the anti-radiation shelter PRU P-1, which is designed for 500 people, will solve the issue of sheltering participants in the educational process of the Sambir Lyceum Leader. For the unhindered entry of persons with special physical needs and persons moving in wheelchairs, an inclined electric lift is provided on the stairs, as well as two-level metal handrails. The project envisages a complex of measures for improvement and greening of the territory, which includes: - arrangement of pedestrian paths made of cobblestones; - arrangement of lawns; - planting trees; - planting bushes. The plot of land is located in the central part of the city of Sambora, communal property.
