    Brief description of the project

    Description of architectural, construction and structural solutions The project envisages the construction of a new anti-radiation shelter (PRU) on the territory of Kryvyi Rih Lyceum No. 123 of the Kryvyi Rih City Council. According to clause 5.2 DBN V.1.2-14:2018, the constructions of buildings and structures belong to the following categories of responsibility: A" - load-bearing elements (foundations, columns, load-bearing walls, elements of floors, stairs); "B" - load-bearing elements of coatings, roofing, wall self-supporting fences; "B" - self-supporting partitions, windows, doors, floors. Spatial rigidity of buildings and structures are provided by the work of external and internal load-bearing walls, disks of floors and coatings. Volumetric planning solutions Shelter, separately located, sunken type for 300 people (students and staff) sheltered: students of grades 5-12 - 188 people; 3-4 grade students - 80 people; staff - 40 people - type - anti-radiation shelter, shelter group P-1. Degree of fire resistance - II. Height of the main rooms in cleanliness - 2.55 m. Height of entrances - 2.55 m; 2.20 m. The total area of the premises of the PRU - 1025.18 m. The area of the main premises - 648.11 m. The area of auxiliary premises - 327.76 m. The object belongs to the class of consequences (responsibility) CC2. The designed anti-radiation shelter (RA) has a square shape in plan, with dimensions of 30.0 x 30.0 m along the coordination axes. The structure is of an underground type. The composition of the RA includes main and auxiliary premises in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.2-5:2023. The main ones include rooms for hiding, a control room, and medical rooms, and the rest of the designed ones listed below are included in the auxiliary ones. The shelter has two separate entrances. The project envisages measures for convenient and safe movement of people with limited physical abilities: arrangement of two evacuation exits to the outside with a lift for MGN. The PRU consists of premises: premises for shelter (grades 5-12); room for hiding children under 11 years of age (3rd-4th grade); the main entrance with a one-chamber vestibule-gateway; emergency exit with vestibule-sluice single-chamber; premises for storing contaminated outerwear; premises for storing waste; universal cabin (for MGN); women's bathroom; personal hygiene cabin; men's bathroom; buffet with equipment for maintaining standard food temperature and drinking regime; premises for food storage; medical center; premises for storing water supply; premises of the control point and fire station; electrical panel and ventilation chamber. Single-chamber vestibule-sluices are provided at the entrance and exit to the PRU. The structural scheme corresponds to volume planning decisions taking into account the category of fire and explosion hazards. The structural scheme of the PRU is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The foundation slab, frame elements, external and internal walls, ceilings are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. C25/30, reinforced with fittings according to DSTU 3760:2019. Partitions - from ceramic bricks DSTU B V.2.7-61:2008 on a cement-sand mortar with height reinforcement and monolithic reinforced concrete from concrete cl. C25/30. Internal door blocks - fireproof and aluminum, depending on the purpose of the premises. For the relative mark of 0.000, the level of the clean floor of the main premises of the PRU is accepted. Interior equipment of the premises. Ceiling - interior acrylic matte paint in 2 layers on the prepared surface. matte acrylic paint in 2 layers, on the prepared surface. Floors - epoxy coating for floors in 2 layers, acrylic-urethane paint on the prepared surface (depending on the purpose of the premises). External equipment of the walls of ventilation shafts, facade walls of the entrance, exit - silicone facade paint on a previously prepared surface. Engineering supportHeating. To maintain the specified temperature in the premises of the PRU, the working project provides for the installation of wall-mounted electric heaters with built-in thermostats "Termiya" series "Optima". For rooms with a wet regime, electric convectors splash-proof "Thermiya" are used. Ventilation. The working project envisages the installation of a system of general exchange supply and exhaust ventilation with mechanical drive for the premises of the PRU - systems P1, B1, P2, B2 in the "clean ventilation" mode. Supply systems P1 and P2 are equipped with anti-dust filters (cassette filter G4 F315). Air intake and exhaust for ventilation systems is carried out from the outside, through separate ventilation shafts. In the cold period of the year, outdoor air heating is provided for P1, P2 systems. Plumbing. The connection of the B1 cold domestic drinking water supply system is made from the existing water pipe laid in the basement of the Lyceum. The designed external water supply network is designed as an independent route with a length of 37.2 m in plan made of polyethylene pipe. It is planned to place an emergency supply of drinking water in a capacity of 1,900 liters. Hot water supply is provided autonomously from electric storage water heaters. Sewerage. Drainage of the sewage system is provided through the release of K1 into the designed external sewage networks. Drainage of household sewers from the building of the public utility company is carried out by two networks: the main and emergency K1 and K1.1. The main network is projected by gravity section K1n (length in plan 31.8 m) and gravity section K1 (length in plan 4 m) to the designed well 1 (the point of insertion into the existing network of gravity sewage of the lyceum). The emergency network is carried out by gravity network K1.1 (length in plan 23 m) to the prefabricated designed well. Electrical solutions. The total existing capacity of the lyceum will not increase due to the existing reserve capacity and during the use of the storage, other electrical equipment of the building will not be operated. Electricity accounting - in the existing HRS. The project provides working and emergency lighting. Lamps with LEDs are designed in the premises. Emergency lighting and a wireless call button are provided in room 9 "Universal cabin (for MGN)". Evacuation lamps, "EXIT" light indicators, designed with built-in rechargeable batteries. Control of the lamps above the external entrances to the PRU is carried out with the help of a motion sensor built into the lamps. Distribution electric lighting networks are designed with PVSngd wire, FLAME-X cable. The section of the EM project provides for a grounding circuit that meets the requirements of regulatory documents. This project provides for the arrangement of the premises of the protective structure with wired and wireless access to the ETHERNET network. As a distribution node for access to the Ethernet network, the project provides for the installation of 3 6U telecommunication cabinets with overall dimensions in the premises. To provide wireless access to the Ethernet network, a Wi-Fi access point is installed in room 3. Fire and man-made safety The degree of fire resistance of the shelter building is II. Evacuation exits comply with building regulations. According to the results of calculations, the estimated evacuation time of people from the shelter does not exceed the required evacuation time, which indicates the following: until the dangerous factors of the fire reach critical values and block the evacuation routes, persons who may be in the shelter at the time of the probable fire will make an independent exit. The shelter has two distributed entrance nodes and an emergency exit. The doors of the evacuation exits on the evacuation routes open in the direction of the exit from the shelter, and the dimensions comply with the standards. The doors to the filter-ventilation chamber, electrical panel, are accepted by the fire department. The premises for storing contaminated street clothes are separated from the premises for hidden ones by type I fire partitions, the doors are fireproof. Non-combustible materials or materials with fire hazard indicators no higher than group G2 are used for the interior decoration of the premises of the PRU. Passages through the walls should be made in rigid PVC pipes. Fans for PRU ventilation systems are provided with an electric manual drive. Anti-explosive devices for civil defense storage facilities are installed on the air intakes and exhaust devices of the PRU of the installation. Inflow systems P1 and P2 are equipped with anti-dust filters Air intake and release for ventilation systems is carried out from the outside, through separate ventilation shafts with fire resistance EI120, located outside the football field. The project includes cable and conductor products that do not spread combustion. The premises are provided with primary means of fire extinguishing. Internal fire extinguishing is provided by fire hydrants. External fire extinguishing is designed from existing fire hydrants. As technical means of fire detection in protected premises, used smoke, heat and manual fire detectors are installed in premises and on escape routes and exits from the building. The detectors are grouped into loops and connected to the 24-hour zone to the Tiras control center. The designed system for notifying people about a fire of the CO3 type, which provides for the installation of "EXIT" sound and light alarms, and "Fire" light and sound alarms. The voice warning is made on the control and indication equipment "VELEZN-120-100", the fire warning system is activated automatically from the fire signal, which is generated by the automatic fire alarm system. An alarm notification from the activation of the fire alarm is transmitted to the central monitoring panel using the MCA - GSM via the GSM channel.
