The Ispashky Support Lyceum named after Mykola Marfievich of the Vyzhnytsia City Council of the Vyzhnytsia district of the Chernivtsi region is one of the largest rural secondary education institutions in the Vyzhnytsia district. It is located in a rural settlement with the largest number of residents of the community. The support lyceum has 29 classes, in which 631 students study. All students eat in the school cafeteria (outsourcing), including children of the privileged category -195: children of participants in the ATO/JFO, hostilities - 78; IDPs -14; from the JPO - 14; missing persons, deceased servicemen - 7 and others. Since the institution operates 4 extended day groups, more than 100 children eat twice a day. The service area of the Ispash Support Lyceum is 18 km., so students stay in the educational institution for a long time and eat in the school cafeteria every day. Education in the support lyceum is carried out in person. Many children study after school hours at the Ispash Art School and participate in various extracurricular activities, so providing high-quality and healthy food is one of the priorities in the institution's work. The institution has an anti-radiation shelter No. 96036 with an area of 842.30 m2 and a capacity of 1,403 people as a limited ready-made one. The support lyceum is included in the list of educational institutions that will participate in a pilot project to strengthen the security of the educational environment under the legal regime of martial law. From September 1, 2027, the Ispas Support Lyceum is planned to be transformed into the Ispas Academic Lyceum, which will provide educational services to students in grades 10-12 of the villages of Ispas, Miliyeve, Kybaki, Seredniy Maidan, Maidan, which will significantly increase the number of students at the institution. According to the results of the institutional audit of the institution by the Department of the State Quality Service in Chernivtsi region in 2024, recommendations were received for the overhaul of the catering unit. Since the overhaul of the premises of the institution was carried out in 1996, this catering unit and the dining room are in an extremely neglected condition, in particular, the premises require immediate overhaul, modernization and modernization of technological equipment. These conditions do not comply with the norms of sanitary legislation, legislation on the safety of individual indicators of food quality, violate the principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, do not take into account the requirements of fire and technogenic safety, and in addition violate the rights of children to receive a quality education in a safe educational environment. Therefore, the executive committee of the Vyzhnytsia City Council decided to create appropriate conditions for ensuring the organization of food in the Ispash Support Lyceum, ensuring the rights of students to healthy and high-quality food in a safe educational environment according to the technological model of organizing food in educational institutions "Basic Kitchen".
