Sosnytsk gymnasium named after O. P. Dovzhenka is a supporting educational institution with the largest number of students among schools in the community. This is a complex of 2- and 3-story buildings built in 1976, in which a partial replacement of the roof, replacement of windows, repair of the shelter has been carried out, ongoing repairs of classrooms are regularly carried out, but in general, the gymnasium needs to carry out a reconstruction of the building with a comprehensive approach to solving problems and energy-efficient approaches to ensure quality, comfortable and safe educational process and to reduce the cost of maintaining the building. As part of the implementation of the project, the following measures will be carried out: comprehensive insulation, partial roof repair, replacement of internal doors, porch repair, installation of a lightning protection system, repair of a food block, installation of an autonomous power source with solar panels and built-in batteries, repair of registered anti-radiation shelter No. 94564, fireproofing elements of wooden roof structures, setting up an automated system for early detection of the threat of emergency situations and public notification.

Healthy nutrition is something without which it is impossible to create a healthy educational environment in the New Ukrainian School. This is stated, in particular, in the National Strategy for Building a Safe and Healthy Educational Environment in the New Ukrainian School. After all, one of its goals is to provide students with food and drinks that meet modern principles of healthy eating, recommendations of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, to form a culture of healthy eating and proper eating habits. Heroiv Ukrainy, 22A in the town of Sosnytsia, Koryukiv district, Chernihiv region, with the allocation of the sequence of construction: Phase I - repair of the anti-radiation shelter; Phase II – repair of the food block; Phase III – repair of the gymnasium, hall, part of the second floor, wall insulation, repair and insulation of the roof of the two-story building; Phase IV - repair of the transitional gallery, three-story building with insulation of the walls and repair of the roof" is currently very necessary, since today the cafeteria of the gymnasium does not meet modern criteria for preparing and serving healthy food, the kitchen of the institution does not have the opportunity to serve students at the same time, therefore the institution organizes the order of serving students by age and at different times of the educational process. The distribution of dishes is complicated due to two small windows, so the children are placed on the tables before the break in the dining room, due to which the food cools. The problem of distributing meals and deviating from child service schedules also occurs during air raids when children go to shelter. Reconstruction of the canteen (or overhaul) in the Sonytskyi gymnasium named after O.P. Dovzhenka has not been held since the day of the institution's operation. Only minor ongoing repairs were carried out. Kitchen equipment, ventilation system, dishes - everything needs to be replaced. The sanitary condition of the premises is unsatisfactory. Due to the financial limitations of the local budget, it was impossible to invest significant funds in repairs and replacement of equipment. Carrying out major repairs of the school cafeteria according to the new modern HACCP standards will help to significantly improve the sanitary and hygienic conditions of nutrition and food preparation for schoolchildren and undoubtedly the convenience and comfort of the work of cooks. It is planned not only to carry out the reconstruction of the premises of the food block, but also to fully equip the material and technical base of the kitchen and dining room. The main goal of the project is to create comfortable conditions for schoolchildren and teaching staff to eat. Improving sanitation will reduce the likelihood of possible food poisoning. The goal is also to implement modern technological processes of food preparation and ensure healthy and high-quality nutrition for students through the replacement of food preparation and storage equipment, the purchase of automatic dishwashing equipment, the replacement of power supply systems, plumbing, ventilation, repair and optimization of kitchen and dining areas, the purchase of dining tables and chairs, purchase of kitchen equipment.
