    Brief description of the project

    The project involves major repairs in the therapeutic building of the hospital to replace the old elevator with a load capacity of 500 kg with a new elevator with a load capacity of 1275 kg.
    Brief description of the existing hospital building.
    The hospital building is four-story. The number of floors of the building served by the existing elevator: 4/4 (floor/stops).
    The thickness of the load-bearing wall of the bodice shaft is 0.38 m.
    The material of the load-bearing walls (elevator shaft) is brick.
    Flat reinforced concrete floor (interfloor platforms adjacent to the elevator shaft).
    Location of the elevator shaft: inside the building.
    The machine room is located above the elevator shaft.
    According to the design task, it is planned to dismantle and install new modern elevator equipment in the existing elevator shaft in order to ensure reliable and safe transportation of passengers, without changing the functional purpose and geometric parameters of the facility in plan.
