Thermomodernization and reconstruction of the heating system of the Novosanzhar boarding house in the village of Novi Sanzhary, Poltava region
Brief description of the project
Project solutions at the facility provide for:
First turn:
insulation of the attic floor with heat-insulating non-combustible basalt-fibrous type slabs;
restoration of the structure and insulation of the ventilation system within the attic space;
dismantling of the existing coating and grating of the roof from corrugated fiber-cement sheets, dismantling of the existing drainage system;
installation of a new metal roof covering;
arrangement of an organized plastic drainage system.
Second turn:
external insulation of foundations;
external insulation of the basement of the building;
external insulation of the walls of the building from the outside with mineral wool plates;
external insulation of window and door slopes from the outside with mineral wool plates;
installation of a thermal point in the technical underground with internal equipment of the walls, ceiling and floor; replacement of windows and doors; arrangement of an external light hole;
replacing the metal-plastic stained-glass window of the main entrance with an aluminum one with the minimum required heat transfer resistance;
dismantling of existing emergency brick porches and installation of new ones without changing overall dimensions;
installation of a metal ramp for people with reduced mobility;
installation of metal evacuation stairs from the 2nd floor;
repair of the outer surface of balcony reinforced concrete slabs;
installation of visors over the entrances;
furnishing and installation of balcony fences.
