Non-residential building of the maternity hospital with a basement years. "A1-5" is located at the address: Kharkiv Region, Izyum District, Balaklia, str. Partyzanska, 25 on the territory of the Balakliya clinical multidisciplinary intensive care hospital.
The body of the building of the medical institution has a rectangular shape in plan, with overall dimensions in the axes of 86.5x12.7 m, from one of the corners it has a one-story extension measuring 36.45x14.7 m, and it is connected to another building of the medical institution. The building has five floors, a technical floor and a basement. Two internal stairwells are provided for communication between floors in the building. The main facade of the building is oriented to the southeast.
It is planned to be located on the floor of two blocks in the stroke unit with a class "N" isolation ward, wards, staff quarters, support rooms and a class "S" isolation ward in the main part of the neurology department. When arranging corridors and common areas, the requirements of the organization of the movement of people with disabilities and disabled persons inside the building are taken into account. In accordance with regulatory requirements, the wards are planned to be equipped with bathrooms, sinks, toilets and showers
