The infectious disease ward building has not been used in the activities of the Slavutych City Hospital for over 20 years. Despite this, the condition of the load-bearing and enclosing structures remains satisfactory, but the building requires reconstruction due to prolonged non-use for its intended purpose.
The specified project provides for the reconstruction of the infectious disease building of the KNP "Slavutytska City Hospital" with the arrangement of residential premises for accommodation of people. The works include complete redevelopment, replacement of internal engineering networks, windows and doors, roof repair, and landscaping of the adjacent territory. The reconstruction is carried out in compliance with the principles of barrier-free, energy efficiency, fire and civil safety. As a result of the project, 43 apartments will be obtained, including: - one-room apartments - 14; - two-room apartments - 22; - three-room apartments - 6; - four-room apartments - 1.
The project also provides for the arrangement of a playground for preschool and primary school children, the arrangement of a playground for the adult population, the arrangement of a playground for physical education, the equipment of the existing utility area with garbage containers, the equipment of the existing bicycle area with bicycle parking, the application of markings on the existing parking lot for cars of guests, residents of the dormitory and MGN. The covering of the pedestrian paths is planned to be made with decorative tiles FEM, the playgrounds - with CONIPUR SP coating.
