The cardiology building is blocked by ground crossings with other hospital buildings. The building subject to
overhaul – 5-storey with a technical floor and an attic, with dimensions in axes 112.17x29.87m. Internal
walls – made of ceramic bricks on a cement-sand mortar 380 mm thick. External walls – made of ceramic bricks on
cement-sand mortar, wall thickness 510mm and finished with ceramic tiles. Interfloor ceiling – with
prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow core slabs, the ceiling of the unheated technical floor is made of reinforced concrete
hollow core floor slabs, above the technical floor of the floor – from prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slabs and
finished with 3-layer roofing felt, which is arranged on a cement-sand screed. The roof is made of wavy
asbestos cement sheets on wooden rafters. The height of the attic is 4.9 m. There is an unheated basement under the building.

waterproofing of foundations; restoration of the blind area; installation of a metal structure covering the entrance to the building;
insulation of the technical floor; replacement of the supporting blood system; replacement of the roof; system installation
drainage; replacement of the exit door to the technical floor with a fire-resistant one; replacement of the exit door to the attic with
fire protection; removal of ventilation shafts and channels above the roof level; installation of wall reinforcement in axes A-G;
installation of two metal platforms for air conditioning units; installation of a metal frame for ventilation units
installation of operating rooms; exit of facade ventilation pipes through the roof; installation of metal pipes on the facade
wall frames for cladding existing ventilation ducts; installation of partitions from AEROC classik blocks –
t120/250 BRAND D500; arrangement of basement wall decoration (decoration according to functional purpose
premises); installation of metal-plastic doors, fire doors, reinforcement of hermetic doors for shelter,
installation of doors for medical premises (according to the functional purpose of the premises); arrangement
reinforced concrete ramp and stairs to the entrance to the basement with a roof; installation of a metal visor;
increasing the height of the doorway to the basement; installing an additional entrance for the MGN; lowering the level
of the existing basement floor to the design levels; installation of concrete floors in the basement of the building
(decoration according to the functional purpose of the room).The project provides for the use of materials and equipment certified in Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
