There is a basement under the entire building, in which the project provides for the placement of a multifunctional co-working space with a shelter function. The height of the basement premises after the overhaul is 3.0 m. Currently, the basement is equipped with two exits: one exit leads directly to the outside and one internal staircase to the 1st floor. The shelter is partially furnished, in some of the rooms, supply ventilation equipment is installed, the floor is tiled, the walls in some of the rooms are decorated with plaster mortar. The project provides for the redevelopment of the basement premises, including the following works:· Redevelopment of part of the existing basement premises with the arrangement of bathrooms and ventilation chambers· Internal finishing works in the shelter premises.· Arrangement of emergency evacuation exits from the shelter (along axis 3 and axis G)· Reconstruction of the existing evacuation exit from the shelter along axis B with its expansion of the secondary values.· Restoration of part of the pavement after the installation of evacuation exits leading from/to the secondary shelter
