The project involves a comprehensive modernization of the dining room and catering unit of the Sambir Lyceum named after A. Tchaikovsky with the purchase of modern kitchen equipment to organize safe, high-quality and efficient meals for about 500 students. It is planned to update all key technological areas of the catering unit: installation of modern stoves and ovens for cooking hot dishes, refrigerators and freezers for safe storage of products, washing facilities, equipment for preparing cold dishes and ingredient storage systems. The implementation of this solution will ensure effective organization of the process of cooking and serving dishes, compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms and food safety standards, as well as increase energy efficiency and reduce operating costs of the catering unit. In addition, the updated equipment will create comfortable and safe working conditions for staff, expand opportunities for preparing a diverse and balanced menu, which will contribute to improving the nutrition and health of students, as well as an overall improvement in the quality of the educational environment of the lyceum.
