The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is engaged in the preparation and development of projects and programs in these areas, forming a sectoral project pipeline at the national level and subsequently enriching it with public investment projects at the regional and local levels.

The major overhaul of the protective structure of the civil defense of the population of the anti-radiation shelter No. 76499 ZP(PT)O "Bogodukhiv Regional Center for Vocational Education of the Kharkiv Region" is to create safe conditions for the implementation of the educational process, bring it into line with modern safety standards and requirements, and increase the level of protection in the event of emergencies. The implementation of this project requires significant resources, but will have important social significance, as it will help protect the lives and health of education seekers and participants in the educational process, residents of nearby households, will contribute to the creation of a safe and comfortable environment for offline learning, and will have a long-term positive impact on the life of the community.
