This pipeline will present public investment projects and programs in the education and science sector that correspond to the areas of school, higher, postgraduate, vocational, and extracurricular education. These initiatives support the implementation of relevant national strategies in education and science. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is engaged in the preparation and development of projects and programs in these areas, forming a sectoral project pipeline at the national level and subsequently enriching it with public investment projects at the regional and local levels.

The project involves major repairs to the building and basements, adapted for the simplest shelter, for the General Secondary Education Institution of I-III levels and Preschool Education in the village of Pykulovichi, Novoyarychiv Village Council of the Lviv District, Lviv Region. The main goal of the project is to improve the functionality and safety of the facility, provide modern educational and shelter conditions while simultaneously using energy-efficient solutions. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Installation of modern energy-efficient boilers or heat pumps. Implementation of ventilation systems with heat recovery to reduce energy losses. Thermal insulation and insulation of the building Insulation of walls, floors and roofs. Installation of energy-efficient windows with double or triple glazing. Lighting and power supply LED lighting and automated lighting control systems. Use of motion sensors and regulation of lighting intensity depending on natural light. Accessibility and inclusion Arrangement of ramps, handrails, accessible bathrooms, automatic doors. Ensuring access to the facility for all population groups, including persons with disabilities and groups with reduced mobility. Infrastructure around the facility Barrier-free approaches and sidewalks, special parking for groups with reduced mobility. Well-lit and safe approaches to the building and shelters.
