The proposed technical solution provides a comprehensive renovation of hospital building No. 7, bringing the building into compliance with current regulatory requirements without changing its functional purpose. The use of a monolithic reinforced concrete frame increases the reliability and durability of the facility and allows for rational organization of internal spaces in accordance with modern medical standards. Phased implementation of the project with division into start-up complexes allows for optimization of financing and minimizing the impact of construction work on the treatment process. Modernization of engineering systems and insulation of enclosing structures contribute to reducing operating costs, increasing energy efficiency and improving the conditions for patients and staff. Design solutions ensure the appropriate level of sanitary, epidemiological and fire safety, accessibility for low-mobility groups of the population and create a safe and comfortable environment, which increases the quality of medical care and the efficiency of the institution.
