Healthcare involves creating conditions for accessible medical services and, most importantly, for preserving, protecting, and improving the health and well-being of citizens.
This pipeline will present public investment projects and programs in the healthcare sector that correspond to the areas of public health, specialized and emergency care, primary healthcare, development of medical education, as well as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and rehabilitation equipment. These initiatives support the implementation of the Healthcare System Development Strategy. The Ministry of Health of Ukraine is engaged in the preparation and development of projects and programs in these areas, forming a sectoral project pipeline at the national level and subsequently enriching it with public investment projects at the regional and local levels.
