Healthcare involves creating conditions for accessible medical services and, most importantly, for preserving, protecting, and improving the health and well-being of citizens.
This pipeline will present public investment projects and programs in the healthcare sector that correspond to the areas of public health, specialized and emergency care, primary healthcare, development of medical education, as well as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and rehabilitation equipment. These initiatives support the implementation of the Healthcare System Development Strategy. The Ministry of Health of Ukraine is engaged in the preparation and development of projects and programs in these areas, forming a sectoral project pipeline at the national level and subsequently enriching it with public investment projects at the regional and local levels.

The project involves the reconstruction of the building letter "A" without changing the geometric dimensions of the foundations with its re-profiling as a family rehabilitation department with a total area of 2767.3 m2, as well as a comprehensive renovation of engineering networks and landscaping of the territory with an area of 9.26 hectares. The project plans to create a modern, barrier-free and inclusive space for providing rehabilitation services to children and adults, in particular to representatives of vulnerable categories of the population who have suffered as a result of the war. The implementation of the project will allow to increase the efficiency of the use of existing infrastructure, improve the quality and accessibility of rehabilitation assistance and ensure proper conditions for the functioning of the institution in accordance with modern requirements.
