The purpose of creating a modern Scientific and Practical Center of Regenerative Medicine on the basis of the state institution "National Scientific Center "Institute of Cardiology, Clinical and Regenerative Medicine named after Academician M.D. Strazhesko of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" at the address: Kyiv, Svyatoslav Khorobryho St., 5» is:- significant reduction in the total cost, treatment and rehabilitation times of patients, rapid restoration of their working capacity, which is especially important for the military and law enforcement officers;- the opportunity to conduct fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of cell and gene technologies at the modern world level, and also preserve valuable highly qualified scientific personnel in Ukraine;- the opportunity to participate in multi-center international clinical trials, which will positively affect the image of Ukraine and accelerate its integration into the European and world community on the basis of equal partnership. The building of the Scientific and Practical Center of Regenerative Medicine has been built will cover the need for timely and complete medical care for inpatients, outpatient and consultative appointments, treatment for patients referred by doctors from other health facilities, and provision of advisory opinions.
