This pipeline will present public investment projects and programs in the legal and judicial sector that align with the areas of judicial proceedings, documentary heritage, execution of sentences, and probation. These initiatives support the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Penitentiary System. The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is engaged in the preparation and development of projects and programs in these areas, forming a sectoral project pipeline and subsequently enriching it with public investment projects at the regional and local levels.
