Modular rehabilitation building
New construction of the treatment and rehabilitation building No. 6 of the municipal enterprise "Volyn regional psychiatric hospital of Lutsk" at the address: Volyn region, Lutsk district, village of Lypyny, ul. Teremnivska, 98. The inpatient building provides for 66 beds, a day hospital, exercise therapy and occupational therapy rooms, consulting rooms, isolation wards and auxiliary services. Planning solutions ensure a continuous route "diagnosis — treatment — rehabilitation", separation of clean/"dirty" flows and convenient logistics of patients and staff. Full barrier-free access (medical-type elevators, accessible bathrooms, tactile/contrast navigation) and modern security systems (addressable fire alarm, smoke protection, notification, backup power supply) are provided. Engineering systems include an energy-efficient shell, supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery, modern heat supply and automated control (BMS). The solution complies with current building, sanitary and fire safety standards, provides for infection control and crisis resilience. The expected effect — reducing queues, improving the quality of rehabilitation and improving clinical outcomes for residents of the region.
