General Information
Program Description
The goal of the program is to provide 100% of children with special educational needs in preschool institutions with learning aids (special means of correction of psychophysical development), which help them master the educational program in accordance with the individual child development program and acquire competencies defined by the relevant State Standard.
The implementation of the program involves creating conditions for obtaining preschool education by children with special educational needs, taking into account their individual needs. The implementation of the program will allow children with special educational needs to use modern technical means of learning in the educational process; improve the quality of the educational process of children with special educational needs; create an inclusive and barrier-free educational environment in preschool education institutions.
The expected results include:
creating conditions for obtaining preschool education by persons with special educational needs in accordance with their needs and capabilities; ensuring equal opportunities for the realization of the right to receive preschool education without discrimination;
creating a barrier-free educational environment in preschool education institutions.

As a result of the implementation of the project component, it is expected to achieve comprehensive changes in the preschool education system, in particular: 1. Expected changes and improvements: providing 47,671 children with special educational needs with learning aids, improving the conditions for them to receive quality preschool education, and creating an inclusive educational environment. 2. Social and state value: the social benefit lies in improving the quality of education, expanding access to an inclusive educational environment. 3. Economic benefits: effective use of funds through the application of a differentiated approach to meeting the needs of children with special educational needs; obtaining quality education by children with special educational needs in the future will allow making a significant contribution to the development of the economy. 4. Comparison of alternative approaches and justification for choosing the program format: the selected program format allows for maximum results, contributes to the effective use of resources, and prevents discrimination.

Expected changes and improvements: providing 36,004 children with special educational needs with learning aids, improving the conditions for them to receive quality preschool education, and creating an inclusive educational environment. 2. Social and state value: the social benefit lies in improving the quality of education, expanding access to an inclusive educational environment. 3. Economic benefits: effective use of funds through the application of a differentiated approach to meeting the needs of children with special educational needs; obtaining quality education by children with special educational needs in the future will allow making a significant contribution to the development of the economy. 4. Comparison of alternative approaches and justification for choosing the program format: the selected program format allows for maximum results, contributes to the effective use of resources, and prevents discrimination.
