General Information

Program Description

The implementation of the program is due to the large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and, as a result, significant destruction of settlements that were temporarily under enemy occupation or suffered significant damage as a result of intensive hostilities on their territory.

The expected results of the program are restored settlements, including residential, administrative, social, educational, transport and road infrastructure, as well as the opportunity for people who suffered as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation to return to normal life in their own restored homes.
