Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it
The goal of the public investment project "Unhindered Access to Quality Education - School Buses" is to create conditions for equal access for school-age children living in remote and rural settlements to quality educational services by ensuring their safe and regular transportation to secondary education institutions.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
The main purpose is the regular transportation of children from remote and rural settlements. The main problem is that the outdated fleet has technical malfunctions, and some buses are often under repair, which disrupts the student transportation schedule.

Новий автобус матиме покращені системи вентиляції, кондиціонування та опалення, що дозволяє забезпечити безпечні умови перевезення дітей під час екстремальних температурних умов (спека, холод), які стають частішими через зміну клімату. Також передбачається врахування кліматичних ризиків (стан доріг, сезонність, погодні умови) при плануванні маршрутів і розкладів.

Використання нового автобуса, які відповідають стандартам екологічної безпеки, сприяє зменшенню рівня забруднення атмосферного повітря у населених пунктах, зокрема біля школи. Також завдяки технічній справності транспорту зменшуються ризики витоку мастил і пального, а централізоване технічне обслуговування гарантує дотримання норм екологічної безпеки.
