General information

Description of the project

The project involves a comprehensive modernization of water supply and sewage infrastructure and treatment facilities. The main activities include the development of design and estimate documentation, dismantling worn-out pipes and laying new polymer water supply networks with a long service life, installation of modern shut-off and control valves and fire hydrants, connection of the updated sections to the water supply system, as well as landscaping of the territory after the work. Special attention is paid to the reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities: modernization of mechanical and biological wastewater treatment, renewal of pumping and pipeline equipment, implementation of water quality control systems and safe sludge management. The implementation of the project will ensure increased reliability and efficiency of water supply and wastewater disposal, improve water quality and reduce negative impact on the environment.

The purpose of the project

Main goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Secondary goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards, Improving the equality of wealth distribution, Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The project is aimed at comprehensive modernization of water supply and sewage infrastructure and treatment facilities within the boundaries of a settlement or industrial zone. The implementation of measures will increase the reliability of water supply, reduce accidents and water losses, ensure effective wastewater treatment and compliance with modern environmental standards. The project includes work both in the water supply (networks, fittings, hydrants) and in the water drainage (sewerage networks, treatment facilities), which provides a comprehensive solution to the problem.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The existing water supply and sewage infrastructure is characterized by worn-out pipes, old shut-off and regulating valves and an insufficient number of fire hydrants, an inefficient sewage network and treatment facilities, a lack of automated control and poor landscaping of the territory. The project implementation involves replacing pipes with modern polymer ones, installing new valves and hydrants, reconstructing collectors and pumping stations, modernizing mechanical and biological wastewater treatment with the introduction of automated monitoring, as well as landscaping the territory. As a result, the reliability and efficiency of water supply and wastewater disposal are increased, water pressure is stabilized, the quality of treated wastewater is improved, accidents and water losses are reduced, and the territory becomes safe and aesthetically pleasing.
