Description of the project

Overhaul with installation of a fire alarm system at the facility: Kamiansky Lyceum with a primary school and a gymnasium of the Artsyz City Council The project involves the installation of a modern automated fire alarm system in the building of the Kamiansky Lyceum, located at: 52 Borys Topora St., Kamiansky village, Bolgrad district, Odesa region. The educational institution, located in a rural area, serves 200 students and 36 employees. Main activities: Installation of a new fire alarm system in accordance with current fire safety standards Ensuring round-the-clock automatic fire notification with transmission of a signal to the central control panel of the fire alarm system Organization of prompt notification of persons in the premises about the occurrence of an emergency. Creating conditions for safe evacuation in accordance with regulatory requirements. The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the level of safety of participants in the educational process and ensure the institution's proper readiness to respond in the event of a fire.

The goal of the project is to ensure fire safety at the Kamiansky Lyceum by installing a modern alarm system, which will eliminate the critical discrepancy between the current state of the facility and regulatory requirements.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The key problems to be solved by the project implementation are the lack of an automated fire alarm system, a low level of emergency preparedness, and the inconsistency of the infrastructure with modern safety requirements. The urgency of the problems is due to the need to protect the lives and health of students and employees, especially in rural areas with limited access to emergency services. If these problems are not solved, delays in responding to a fire, human losses, material damage, and violations of regulations are possible. The project implementation will ensure timely notification, organized evacuation, risk reduction, and the creation of a safe educational environment.
