Description of the project

Construction of a civil defense structure with protective properties of a temporary use PRU on the territory of the Artsyz preschool educational institution, nursery-kindergarten No. 5 "Rosinka" of the Artsyz City Council, at the address: 5a Budivelnykiv St., Artsyz, Bolgrad district, Odesa region.

One of the main tasks of the Artsyz City Council for the period of martial law is to ensure a continuous educational process and create safe conditions for preschoolers and employees of educational institutions. Artsyz ZDO No. 5 "Rosinka" of the Artsyz City Council is the largest preschool education institution in terms of the number of students. The kindergarten is attended by 210 preschoolers and 40 employees. Today, 3 different-age groups operate in the in-person format according to the two-wall rule. The lack of shelter makes it impossible to resume the educational process in the in-person format for all students. There is no protective structure and premises in the institution and within 100 m of it that could be converted into a protective structure for civil defense in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
