General information

Description of the project

One of the main tasks of the Artsyzsk City Council for the period of martial law is to ensure a continuous educational process and create safe conditions for students and employees of educational institutions. The Kamyansk Lyceum of the Artsyzsk City Council is located in a rural area, attended by 200 students and 36 employees. Today, students in grades 1-4 study in a full-time format in the kindergarten building, and therefore preschoolers cannot fully attend the institution due to a lack of premises. The lack of shelter makes it impossible to resume a full-time educational process in a full-time format for students in grades 5-11 and preschool children of the village of Kamyanske. There is no protective structure and premises in the institution and within 100 m of it that could be converted into a protective structure for civil defense in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. In addition, when planning the budget of the Artsyz city territorial community for 2025, the needs for payment of protected expenditure items were fully taken into account. Limited financial resources for other expenses make it impossible to implement the project at the expense of the territorial community, so we need state support.
