The project involves the overhaul of a basement for use as a simple shelter in a residential building within the framework of the Comprehensive Target Program for Economic and Social Development of the City of Kyiv for 2024-2026. The investment project is vitally necessary and expedient without alternative, its effectiveness should be assessed according to social and humanitarian criteria, which are priorities in the context of ongoing military aggression. The overhaul of the basement will ensure safe conditions for people in cases of threat to their life and health.
