Description of the project
The Rohatyn Youth Sports School was founded on 05.08.1970, and in 1986 it was re-certified as a Youth Sports School; currently there are two departments (shotgun shooting and table tennis), 27 groups, 186 students, and 11 coaches. The shooting department operates under Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1207 (27.12.2018) and No. 375 (04.04.2025); in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 881 (31.10.2023), shooting ranges must be of a closed type and are allowed with the permission of the National Police after a study by the National Directorate of Security and Defense (01.04.2025 a non-compliance was recorded). The project for the reconstruction of the shooting range at 71-V Shevchenko Street briefly provides for: dismantling of worn layers of the roof; installation of a new wooden rafter frame with fire protection; flooring of metal profile НС35-100-0.6; insulation with mineral wool ≈250 mm with vapor and waterproofing; restoration of the drainage system and installation of lightning protection. Building: 36.90×18.35 m, height 9.6 m, area 627.5 m²; intact foundations and walls, problems — leakage of the coating and corrosion of the drain. The proposed solutions ensure the minimum permissible heat transfer resistance according to DBN V.2.6-31:2021 and bring the shooting range to safe closed-type operation.
