Description of the project

The project plans to carry out a complex of construction and repair works, including: restoration and insulation of facades, roofs, ceilings and floors; replacement of windows, doors, engineering networks (electricity, water supply, drainage, heating, ventilation); arrangement of sanitary and hygienic premises, living rooms, kitchen and household areas; ensuring barrier-free conditions and accessibility for people with disabilities; improvement of the surrounding area. The implementation of the project is aimed at improving the social infrastructure of the community, creating comfortable and safe living conditions and care for the elderly and adults with disabilities.

The implementation of the project will ensure: improving the quality of social services in the community; increasing the level of comfort, safety and accessibility for low-mobility population groups; effective use of the existing social infrastructure building; creation of a modern, functional space for long-term living and care for wards.
