General information

Description of the project

The project involves the construction of a new road between the villages of Anatolivka and Novofedorivka, about 3 km long, with a hard surface. Currently, residents of Anatolivka use a bypass route of over 40 km, the surface of which does not meet quality standards. Since the local school was closed as part of the optimization, it was decided to provide their transportation to school in Novofedorivka. The existing dirt road from Anatolivka to Novofedorivka is unsuitable for safe and regular travel, especially during the rainy season. The implementation of the project will solve the problem of accessibility of education and transport, ensure safe and convenient transportation of children to school, shorten the distance between villages from 40 km to 3 km, and reduce the level of social tension in the community.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Creation of new facilities and services

Secondary Goal:

Improving the condition of infrastructure, Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to ensure safe and convenient transportation of children from Anatolivka to school in Novofedorivka by building a new road about 3 km long. This will create conditions for quick transportation, ensure access of children from Anatolivka to educational services at the Novofedorivka school, improve population mobility and promote socio-economic development of the community. Ways to achieve the goal: development and approval of design and estimate documentation for road construction; performance of construction and installation works; provision of technical and author's supervision over the implementation of the project; commissioning of the facility with subsequent transfer to the balance of the road holder. Justification of the gap: Current status - between Anatolivka and Novofedorivka there is only a dirt field road, unsuitable for safe movement throughout the year. Due to the lack of quality road connections, residents are forced to travel more than 40 km on a bypass route, which complicates children's access to school, as well as the movement of community residents. Target level - the construction of a modern paved road with a length of about 3 km will ensure year-round safe traffic, reduce distances by more than 13 times, provide access to educational, social and administrative services, as well as create conditions for the development of the local economy.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Between the villages of Anatolivka and Novofedorivka there is a dirt field road with a length of about 3 km. The lack of hard surface and dependence on weather conditions make it unsuitable for regular use, complicate children's access to school and other services and force them to use a bypass route over 40 km long. This creates social and transport constraints that need to be eliminated by building a new road.
