General information

Description of the project

The project involves the construction of a new modular administrative building for the Resilience Hub in the village of Kobleve, which will become an accessible multifunctional space to provide psychological, social, educational and economic support to community residents.

The implementation of the project is aimed at improving the mental well-being of residents and reducing social tension, as well as creating conditions for the independence of women, veterans and their families, youth, IDPs and people with disabilities. The Resilience Hub will become a multifunctional space equipped with furniture, office equipment and equipment for conducting educational, career guidance and consultation activities, creative and entrepreneurial activities. The Hub will provide psychological and legal services to veterans and other vulnerable groups. The project will contribute to the development of economic activity in the community through support for individual business initiatives, training and consulting. The Hub will also provide a platform for cooperation between public organizations, active residents and community partners.

As a result of the project, a sustainable infrastructure will be created, which will increase the level of social, psychological and economic resilience of the Koblivsk community.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Creation of new facilities and services

Secondary Goal:

Improving the equality of wealth distribution

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The project aims to strengthen the community's capacity to provide quality socially oriented services to the population to meet their basic needs, through the creation and operation of the Resilience Hub - an accessible and safe space designed to provide psychological, social, educational and economic support to community residents, in particular vulnerable groups. Currently, the community lacks a properly equipped space that would allow for the systematic provision of such services and consolidate the efforts of all stakeholders, which creates a gap between the existing needs of the population and the possibilities for meeting them. The implementation of the project will eliminate this gap by forming a sustainable infrastructure capable of providing comprehensive support to the population and increasing the community's adaptability to social and crisis challenges.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The community lacks a modern innovative space where people could receive social, psychological and legal assistance, learn how to write grants, develop their own business and acquire a new profession. If the problem is not solved, community residents will remain without access to comprehensive social, psychological and legal support, which will deepen their vulnerability. As a result of the creation of the Resilience Hub, residents will gain access to a modern space where all the necessary conditions will be created for various types of training, providing educational support in developing their own business and acquiring new professional skills. The Hub will allow to reach a larger number of people, especially vulnerable groups, and increase their independence in overcoming economic, social and psychological challenges. In general, the implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening social cohesion and resilience of the community.
