Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to create a modern and safe educational space that combines kindergarten and primary school, for high-quality education and development of children in the community. Special attention in wartime conditions is paid to ensuring that students receive educational services in a face-to-face format in compliance with security requirements. To this end, the building will be completed, the equipment of educational premises will be equipped in accordance with state standards, as well as the arrangement of the simplest shelter. The project also involves the use of energy-efficient, safe and inclusive technologies with the involvement of qualified teachers.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The main problems are the insufficient level of educational infrastructure and the technical incompleteness of the existing building. The danger lies in the further social alienation of children, the reduction of their development and the difficulties of families in combining work with raising children. The implementation of the project will ensure the availability of quality education for preschoolers and younger schoolchildren, improve the working conditions of parents, increase the educational level of community residents and create conditions for its socio-economic development.

What methodology was used to estimate demand?

Yes

[Response was provided in the Preliminary Investment Feasibility Study]

What procurement strategy was chosen for the project implementation, and what justifies its feasibility in the context of the market and project objectives?

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

What approaches are planned to be used to ensure transparency, competition, and efficiency in the procurement process?

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

What types of procurement procedures are envisaged by the project (open tender, negotiated procedure, competitive dialogue, etc.)?
Open competitive bidding

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

Pre-market engagement

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

Potential market participants

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

Market readiness assessment
