General information

Description of the project

The project is important for ensuring equal access to education, especially for students in rural areas. Organized transportation promotes regular attendance, reduces educational inequality, and creates safe conditions for children to participate in the educational process.

The purpose of the project

Main goal:

Improving the equality of wealth distribution

Secondary goal:

Ensuring inclusiveness and equal opportunities

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Due to the optimization of school education institutions in the community in many rural, remote areas, students do not have the opportunity to safely and timely get to secondary education institutions due to the absence or insufficient number of school transport. This leads to limited access to quality education, inequality in educational opportunities and increased risk to the health and life of children due to the use of unreliable or dangerous means of transportation. The scale of the problem covers 17 out of 25 settlements of the community, where schooling is difficult due to transport barriers, which negatively affects the level of educational coverage and the quality of the educational process.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Ensuring equal access to quality education for all children in the community, the opportunity to study in better-equipped support schools contributes to increasing students' academic achievements, the availability of specialized transport ensures the full inclusion of children with disabilities in the educational process and socialization, minimizing the risks associated with children getting to school on their own, and ensuring safe transportation in accordance with all state standards, ensuring the possibility of resuming full-time education in support schools equipped with shelters, which is especially relevant in conditions of martial law.
